Are you just hoarding all the gold in a trade? [lol]
|
Me? Yeah I put the gold in the trade every hundred I get so I'm not tempted to spend it ahead of time.

Wow that looks tasty. [drool] |
@Kirin: Haha, that's a good plan. [lol]
@Nim: You mean like sakura mochi? http://kyotofoodie.com/wp-content/up...ai-style-1.jpg Oddly enough, I think I prefer the grape leaves rather than the sakura mochi. XD I liked the way it smelled though. Maybe I just needed to have it fresh instead of frozen and then thawed. My dang pass expired so I wasn't able to go! [gonk] Hopefully they'll have another trip like that and I can go then. There are some places here locally though where I can try some food out. P: Really inexpensive too. Yup! Haha, I thought it was only the States too. Guess not. XD |
Yeah!! Those! o wo I don't know how the grape leaves taste but I think it'd be better than the leaves the Japanese used for their sakura mochi, because those were nasty. xD Tasted all sour and weird... |
IKU!!!!!!!!!!
I missed ya.....how are ya? |
*streaks through the thread*
|
@Nim: Hahaha! I wonder what leaves they use then. I just assumed leaves from the sakura trees. [ninja] I think it helped the flavor also because the grape leaves thing was fresh. My friend said she tried some that were frozen and they were naaaasty. [lol]
Turkey's cool. 8D There's all kinds of little differences. I want to make a thread about them once I get my main computer back. [eager] But things like toilet differences, faucet differences. There's a fusion of like old and new here. You can see like a donkey-drawn cart on the same road as someone driving like a Mercedes or something. XD It's funny. The main part of the city reminds me of NYC or Tokyo, the vibe is cool. There's a mall around here too that I want to go to eventually. That will be interesting to see the differences in. @Musa: Hey!! I haven't seen you in a while! [hug] I've been well. Adjusting to my recent move. How have you been? -throws a lamp at Kirin- [ninja] |
Ohhh! I can't wait for the thread [eager]
I would love to know about turkey! do they have a lot of turkeys running around? or have a lot of turkey in their dishes? |
I been good Iku. Going to Con next week....can't wait!
|
Yeah, I can't wait to see the thread too! [eager] It's always fun to see the differences between countries. |
Uh-huh! :D
it'll be sweeet~ ;D |
@Momo: Lmao! The kind of turkey you and I are familiar with is native to North America. So none of those kind of wild turkeys roaming around here (if I understood correctly).
Lamb is the preferred meat here. [yes] And yusss, I love all the little differences between nations. [drool] @Musa: Ooh, what con?! [eager] |
Damn, I was hoping they loved turkey over there! xD
oh well~ Lamb, eh? I've never had lamb before. I hear it's really good |
Hahah. XD Maybe they do!
Lamb is a mild meat, is good~ [yes] |
Lamb is really tasty. [drool] I love lamb chops. |
I bet it's one of those meats you can spice up and tastes really good * -*
|
^ Yes. Totally. * -* |

...I'm thinking about naming a character tatertot I'm thinking I shouldn't maybe a different character |
Yess, they know how to cook here. Fo Sho. [lol]
