I'm not super interested in the new consoles >_> but that's how I always roll.
Microsoft needs a thesaurus thrown at them, though. |
The new Xbox is a lot better than I was expecting. It's definitely a lot of fun. And the Kinect is a very interesting piece of Tech.
I look forward to Dying light as well, but I'll be getting that on PC. |
|
Just a little pricey.
I suppose I can't talk though, I paid $850 for all my stuff. |
you got your console and how many games? ---------- Post added 12-19-2013 at 08:02 AM ---------- my friend paid $399 for the PS4 console and $49 per game at Wal*mart |
$600 for the console, $90 per game for two games, as well as another $70 for another controller.
---------- Post added 12-19-2013 at 07:03 PM ---------- Australia Prices. PS4 here is $500, games are at least $90 each. |
$AU is more than $US, yeah? |
Not sure, I think they're about even right now.
|
Thats why Im sticking to my PC.
|
Eh. I spent $2k on a PC. As far as it goes, the console is pretty good for the price.
|
pc is enough for me as well.
If I had the money, Id probably buy one console. but only one [ninja] |
that's good |
It just seems like thats what the consoles are heading toward. PC are pricey but you dont have to replace them every 2 years and the games dont cost a fortune.
|
PCs are the things that need replacing more often than the consoles. Consoles are good for 6 or 7 years, at least.
|
i just don't like how hot PC's get |
laptops get hot,
pc usually dont. pcs do need to be replaced, but you can use a pc for more than a console. console is just for gaming. and new consoles come out every few years, so people replace them more often than you would replace a pc. |
Some of them don't get hot, but those are mostly the higher-up ones. Like mine. The fan is almost the size of my head in it, so it's staying cool.

It just got to the point for me to where no sooner did I buy one system then they were already announceing the next one. The last console I got was the PS2.
|
I spent about 300 euro for my pc.
its no GAMING pc, which usually cost at least 1k. but I can game with it, I can upgrade it, still less money than a gaming pc and pretty good, I can work with it, even if I replaced it after a year or two, I have more of it than a console. same here, raven. Its not worth it in my opinion. But Im not a console gamer anyways. So it does make sense for me. |
Really? You're one hell of a way behind then. Xbox 360 came out about 7 years ago, Ps3 was 6 ago.
Just... please tell me you two aren't PC Gaming master race snobs? There are enough of those on the internet I try to avoid already. |
I'm back!
|
I have nothing against consoles. Their just not for me.

No, I play pc games, mostly mmorpgs. Which you dont really play on a console. And Im not against consoles, nor the players slash gamers, I just dont do it myself [lol] I had an xbox 360. it vanished when my brother moved out. [ninja] |
Oh, good.
By PC snobs, I mean those people who see a console and go 'HAHA, STUPID THINGS' It's just so freaking annoying. And the worst part of it is that I have a PC that could probably outclass most of theirs. |
Whatever could have happened to your poor Xbox? XP
