Hurray, Media studies! It was definitely the best subject. Ours was called Film, Television and New Media though. I miss it. :<
Only in the early years like grade one and two. I've only heard of one person repeating a grade in high school which was grade 12.


Since it's presentation time does it mean that racing is over for the rest of the year or start again in August/September after winter?

Ah. That would explain it. I've heard you can repeat year 12. I know someone who's done it three times.

Just for this season. it should start up again after winter, when it's less prone to raining.

I think it's interesting because you seem to notice the finer details like lighting etc and appreciate them more plus I heard about a whole bunch of cool films to watch like Impressionist and Expressionist films. ahh I'm so dumb, I should be doing something new media related at uni rather than something I don't like at all and never have liked before so it was kind of a weird move. The downside of studying new media though is that it isn't that helpful in getting a career despite that we are turning into a more new media age, sigh. (My sister is really against it, she got angry at me and I seem to think she's right because she has her life absolutely on track)
But I guess Lindsey Tuggey went to university and studied film though so....

Aw, are you going to miss it, haha. I can't even imagine how cold it would get riding around on a track in winter. Have you done it before?
I can't even remember whether it rains much here during winter. I missed out on our winter last year.

It is interesting when you can see all that stuff, it really makes you appreciate the work put in that much more. It's just that I can't look past it all, so I pay more attention to that than the movie sometimes.

We are moving into a Media age. But It won't happen for a while. not until after our lifetimes, I think. As it is, there's too many people stuck in the older ways for it to move on.

I am. On the other hand, it's going to be nice to have weekends back.
It's not that we cant race in winter, it's just that it usually rains and we can't run on tracks that are more puddle than dirt. Too much of a risk of stuffing engines or people getting hurt.

It's such a great feeling! (Sorry to get into Gymnastics again but it was the only sport I did for 10 years) For about four years I had training on a Saturday midday and it would just ruin the day. Once I left it was such a weird feeling to just stay home.
That's a totally understandable reason! I knew it would be the major reason but it just never came out.

It's quite difficult. That's the reason I prefer the comedy stuff to anything serious, even in anime. I think too much about it. Comedy, I'll just laugh.

I want it now too, but there are too many old people who don't. Everything has advanced quite rapidly. We're in the middle age where we're experiencing the growth with us,, rather than just having it come out of nowhere, or where it's just reached a point that it can't improve.

Haha, it's all good. I talk about racing enough, You can tak about Gymnastics. It is kind of wierd to have that day. For some reason, I kind of felt like the last 3 days have been a lot longer, particularly considering it was just a weekend and a work day.

Yep, you can't really pick things out of comedy and it's perfect to just tune out in. I really want to watch Grind now. So many great one liners.

I hate how my parents don't understand that this is what is actually happening! I kind of don't like how we are pretty much the guinea pigs for digital revolution. I guess all generations go through a different sort of revolution of new technology though so I don't know. It's still bloody annoying and they should sympathise with us sometimes. :/ This is the way things are going, deal with it.

It's more interesting hearing about other people's sports and hobbies though! Oh, Didn't you have to race on the weekend?

I type fast and I can multitask. I don't need to do it often, but It's a godsend during events. I don't expect everyone to be able to do it. Except Hummy. She scares me with how many topics she manages to keep up with.

I'd advise you to watch The Dark knight and Dark Knight rises movies, just because they're both good movies. And Avengers. That's a good movie too. But in Dark Knight rises, there is a Character called Bane. he wears the mask that Miles wears in that video and talks kind of like Miles does in said video. And everyone in the office hates it when Miles does that.

I wish. Although I kind of want the hilarious videos of people falling off more than I want the actual thing.

Kind of. If anything, I'd have rather ended on a simple little meeting, rather than that. The last three meetings I ran at were the Australian Title in QLD, the Vic Title near home and the NSW title, up in NSW somewhere. Too serious for too long.

I think I was actually pretty fast during my first event which was Valentines I think but I've gotten a lot slower for some reason.. Oh my, hummy is a machine! OH MY. I totally forgot that I saw Dark Knight. I think I even saw it twice, oops. Oh and I saw The Green Hornet too. It's amazing what comes out of your head when you actually think. Definitely did not see Dark Knight Rises though. I'll watch it tomorrow! I can't promise The Avengers though because too many people get attached to Loki and I don't want to be one of them.

I just found this special sharpener that can have 5 different point. Remember the colour pencil that sell in sets, they are often sharpened. But when we sharpen using our normal shapener, it tends to be shaaaaaarper/longer than the original. this 5 different point can sharpen to factory point~ <33
