when you quote something from somewhere you need to put quote tags around them.
mene doesn't allow you to earn gold for others words/works.

I'm used to not sleeping, I take naps with my daughter, which are ok, and I know how to deal with this. I was an insomniac long before I had my daughter. I hate sleep aids, and honestly I'd rather not sleep than take aids and miss my daughter needing me at night.

some meds do that yes
and its a huge thing to deal with so its not uncommen to get those nightmares

but there should be something out there that is not meds related that could help you get rit of these

i am worried about you hun, not sleeping is not good either

Believe me dear, I know how to deal with this... I've been dealing with this for quite awhile now. I have my ways.
I hate meds, or any kind of sleep aid for that matter.
It's who I am.

I do get sleep, don't think that I have them every night, I don't. I do sleep. I get enough sleep. End of story.

No need to worry about me, I am FINE.

Honestly hon, you do not need to worry about me.
I am fine- I have my down days, like everyone does.
Sometimes mine last longer than others, but I will be fine.
I've survived this long, and I will keep surviving, because that is what Carlie would want.
I just struggle, as hummy said earlier - sometimes I can't just keep it inside, and I just break down.
I miss him so much.
