EirianHikari 09-17-2013 02:33 AM

Um....no. I don't like lime green.

EirianHikari 09-17-2013 02:36 AM

Well, you know what I mean...its not like squish um and a vary obvious set of lungs emerge or something xD Just a sticky paste o.o

xuvrette 09-17-2013 02:39 AM

... bugs don't have lungs? O__O
I guess I just am toooo imaginative. When seeing little bug corpse (that is crushed with oooooze), bloody fleshy details flicker in my brain... *shudders*

Well, if they do you don't notice them. But I'm really not sure what sort of organs a bug has, I think it depends on the bug.

You are going have totally awesome meatballs in the future!

I can't wait! My future kids will love my food.

Amane 09-17-2013 02:41 AM

We DID put holes in, but they still died! We even named them.

xuvrette 09-17-2013 02:43 AM

<.< >.>
What names you give them?
Maybe it is their protest against the 'bad' taste of names?

Amane 09-17-2013 02:43 AM

Well, one was named Brenda, which was a name used to pick on one of my cousins…

Indeed! Mine will too. We shall each spoil our kids with food! (That's totally ok right? kids can at least be spoiled with food right!) xD I'll teach mine how to make Swedish meat balls and Swedish pancakes.

Yeah, even with air holes bugs don't last in a jar vary well.

xuvrette 09-17-2013 02:47 AM

...How come bugs don't last in a jar?

Amanene~ You sure it is not the doing of your mischievous cousins?

I'm really not sure, why. I just know I caught lightening bugs and lady bugs in a jar when I was young too and they die even with air holes. Might be lack of food idk

xuvrette 09-17-2013 02:52 AM

... lack of food... You didn't feed them? XD
I would actually thought people would most often forget about the air holes than food.

Typically no they aren't fed but I wouldn't know what to feed them - that could mean catch more bugs lol

But apparently lightening bugs need a moist environment, so there's one thing that speeds death up for them in a jar lol

Poor bugs... murder by people that is not 'educate' enough... *sadness*

Anyway, I am taking a short nap before lunch.
Some salesman call my phone and wake me up earlier. D:

EirianHikari 09-17-2013 02:58 AM

Enjoy your nap Rette!

Have a good nap! ^-^ And meh bugs have short life cycles regardless anyway, thats the life of a bug, they serve their purpose than die.
