Ahh, I see! Oh sweet! Thank god pain medication doesn't have caffeine in, that would really suck if it did. D: Oh so it's just linger? Those are the worst! Thankfully I rarely get headaches.
Oh yeah, it would be nice just to have an explanation for it instead of being.. well this is happening, haha. I'm pretty happy for you that you are now able to know someone else that knows how you feel because it must have been so hard! You'll be able to rant to them about things and they'll know exactly how you feel! Oh that's true. Working out what works and what doesn't is the best way to go about things. Now that you know it it might give you a few more ways that you could try out? Oh, I hope it's helpful!
Haha, it really worked out which is so interesting.

Sorry about the delay - I went to dinner with my roommate.
Oh, totally! Yeah, I'd be in trouble if there wasn't! O.o I made that mistake once, I had a headache (that was a dehydration/low blood sugar headache -- well both at the same time) for like what felt like 8 hours... it was probably only like 5 or 6 though. Yeah, it does just linger and it's not enough to warrant anything super strong, more just irritating.
Yeah!! So now I can say "I can understand why I can't have caffeine, or why I can't handle noise, or lots of people or certain smells etc etc etc...". Just took almost 25 years to put a name to what I've been going through! [yes] Yeah, although a lot of people just don't seem to understand it and act like I'm making things up or whatnot, if that makes any sense? Like I'm acting like I'm super sensitive to things... um, nope. I'm not.
But yeah, it is nice having those to who get it, because I say something and they'll be like "Omg, I'm the same way!!" And I just want to hug them! I'M NOT ALONE!! [yes] I do plan on trying to figure out other methods that are suggested to see if they work, but we'll see if they do or not. It'll be interesting to see how it all plays out. [yes]
