I use to watch them a lot when I was young teenager but then they started giving me really bad nightmares.

I always had nightmares so none of this is frightening at all. Now abuse situations, which are all too common in mainstream viewing, those scare the crap out of me.

*hugs* Either way, it's not something to portray that way - and letting them be 'forgiven'... that's most definitely not ok.
It's like society is giving the to abuse someone? :/ I'm lucky that I was able to get out of the situation that I was in, and walk away - but there will always be scars that I have to deal with from it. I'm just glad that my hubby is the complete opposite and I've managed to turn my life around. :) |

He's doing much better, thanks for asking! He seems to be over it - he still has a bit of a lingering cough and a few sniffles, but for the most part, he's totally over it, thankfully! :] And I managed not to catch it! So YES!!

She's currently curled up at me, looking at the door every few seconds (well probably not that often, but it feels that often - like every thirty seconds more like), because Dan is not home yet - he stopped by for Chinese Take Out for us for dinner. He should be home soon. And Norah wants her daddy home now! [lol] She keeps looking at me like "Daddy home? Daddy home now?" Totally precious.
