Moon; she freaks right out, I know it shouldn't be funny but she never acts that way and is always so tough acting. so to see her scream like a little girl and flail around I admit I giggle just a bit.

My unhappy little girl just curled up on the couch next to me a few minutes ago and almost as soon as she curled up, she fell asleep.

the Americans mom hugs me and tells me she loves me every time we see her.

Clock: Awww, that's great! My mom has been 'mom' to a few of my friends.
But I lost contact with all of them after high school.

I'm glad too - at least we have one set of parents who're here for us.

Moon; I purposely cut ties with almost everyone I was friends with in high school. since by the time I finished I had ruined most of those friendships anyways.
only two of my friends call her mom, my childhood best friend who will always be in my life even if we don't talk much. we've just been through everything together and fought through the ups and downs. and her mom is also my mom, our moms knew each other when they were pregnant so~ and then my best friend from where I live in Canada. he doesn't have a good relationship with his mom so my mom pretty much 'adopted' him. him and I are both struggling with the fact that I'm not there anymore.

are they helping with the marriage celebration stuff?

Yeah, although most of what they've been doing is watching Norah while we get things done.
Because as much as we love the munchkin, it's crazy hard to get anything done whenever she's around.

we do Skype quite often actually. last week we skyped and just played video games and talked. then just a few days ago we actually Netflix (the same episode at the same time) together while on skype, aha. it actually helps a lot.

well that definitely helps then, plus you guys need a break sometimes too.

OMG NO. I DIDN'T EVEN NOTICE IT.

Clock: That's good they Skype is an option for you two so you two can just hang out, even if you can't be there with each other in person. :]

It definitely helps!! They do enjoy time with her as well (and she enjoys them), so it's a win/win for all of us!
