What kind of crafts do you do?

Hmm. I've been known to get fancy wooden boxes and paint them, sew sometimes, scrapbooking, tried making jewelery for a while, that didn't work out so well.

OO What type of Jewelry, Clarius? I love making Earrings, mainly because they are so easy.

I usually made necklaces and bracelets. I wanted to work with wire and chainmaille, but I never invested in either, so it didn't get very far. Didn't keep very much, but still have plenty of pretty beads! Do you have any pictures of the stuff you made Mys?

Wow! I really like the birdy ones! How long have you been making earrrings?

Um...A year? Maybe a little less? I'm pretty much self taught, I mean, I used a basics book, but that just showed me how to hook on the fastenings.

Ironically, the bird pieces were charms meant for a necklace, and I applied them to earrings. I tend to use a lot of charms and pendants for earrings.

They definitely have some pretty charms out there! I know I have a problem with earrings, I'm allergic to most metals. I even have problems with most of the "nickel free" kinds. That's most of the reason I never tried making earrings, cause I knew I wouldn't be able to wear them T_T

I guess that includes the Sterling Silver, huh? That's what I use because I'm sensitive to the metals too. Not allergic, but they make my ears itch like crazy.

All of the earrings in the picture are made with the sterling. That and the silver usually fits better with the colors I use verses the gold. For me it's personal preference, but I've used gold in one or two pieces.

Ok, maybe allergic is a strong word for it. It just makes my ear feel hot and super itchy. So what else do you like to make?

I've made Necklaces and bracelets before, but earrings are what I'm really good at. Mainly because the length of a necklace is really personal. Some people love long shorter necklaces (like me) and others who can't stand anything shorter than 18".

So I usually don't make necklaces unless I know the person's preference.

But I love making bracelets. I just haven't made any in a while.

Yeah, the most recent bracelet I made was a rubber band bracelet xD My best friend works at a craft store, so all the employees are required to make them so they can promote buying the stuff to make them. They end up trading ones they make between each other. She's made me a couple rainbow ones :)
