I'm just tired of bein the only one that gives a shit about the kids and I always feel bad because I can't physically look after them all. We're understaffed always over ratio and the owner is always bitching that the room is a tip and they kids are just like wild animals. I'm gettin kicked punched told to fuck off and bit by 2 year olds for 6.31 an hour and there's 6 other people in the room all sitting around having a chat about who they're gonna sleep with a weekend. And they take every early shift I have away I was supposed to be on 7:30 shift yesterday I get a text at 3am sayin I'm on 8:30 instead because there's too many people on earlies so instead of there being 3 people finishin at 4 and the 4:30 staff havin to stay it was 3 people on 5 and one of us having to stay...which I fail to see how that's better.

I don't like working any more.

It's stupid having others there not doing their job and leaving you to do it all and be physically assaulted by childrens. That and on safety reasons if something happens you might not see it because you're dealing with a group of far too many kids while they're off yaking.

You've got the experince now so you can look for somewhere better now. Esepcailly seeing as you deserve to go somewhere where they appriciate you.


I know it's not the same as having someone physically there for you but I'm always here for you. Might never have met you but I care about you and I don't like it when you're not happy.

I need to finish my course off then I'll have a good chance at finding somewhere else to go. I'll miss my kids but I can't really stay there because I'm gettin frustrated with the kids because they always only come to me because I'm the only one that does anything with them and I get sick of hearing my name followed by so and so isn't sharing.

Yeah finish your course because that's obviously important, don't stay there any longer than you need to if it's going to make you ill.

It's really not fair on you, if it was them coming to you by choice rather than going to another it'd be different.

I hope I do find somewhere better I'm not good at interviews though.
