This is my first night in since Wednesday. [gonk]
The only comment I got on my Jake English cosplay was a Homestuck loudly announcing "I DON'T LIKE GENDERBENT COSPLAYS" as I walked past. But if my vest hasn't completely fallen apart I'll probably wear it for Sunnycon. It's difficult but you know you've worked hard and you need to take pride in that. People will always be closed minded and expect something for nothing. A lot of hurtful comments come through ignorance rather than genuine malice. |
And the Homesuck fans wonder why they have a bad name.
