I joined up with GaiaOnline in (I think) 2006; so I remember when you could hardly go to an acre without someone chatting. lol

Yeah, there are only a few "newer" items that I am impressed with. but other than that, I feel like a lot of the items are getting to be not so desirable.

I refuse to get rid of any of my old items because I know how much of a pain it will be to get them back again.

All in all I think it was a good purchase! =]

As soon as the event it over I'm changing back from Jack to an Icon that looks more like me or Norrington.

I just couldn't resist Jack with all the piratey stuff on sale fight now! XD

I hear that. Aren't they getting rid of the original towns to replace it with towns 2? I don't find towns 2 as easy to collect items and bugs. I joined right around the same time over there.

I got Asimov the bear from the dumpster.
I've also rescued a couple of other animals from there.
I think I have got a couple of benny the puppy, one of the other dogs, holiday cardinal & assorted fluffs from zOMG.

I feel like I get a lot of bugs and flowers, but then I'm the only one in my "neighborhood".
And they don't have bugs and flowers just out and about in the Towns either.
Plus, it's annoying how they have the "neighborhood" thing that seems disconnected from other "neighborhoods".

Maybe I got all the bugs and flowers that I did in towns because I always hunted where there were no other people.

I was my only person in my "neighborhood" and then someone asked to join, so I accepted. :D The do seem really disconnected though. Took me maybe 30 minutes to figure out how to actually set up my own neighborhood at first.
