Wasn't there some giving back auction?
 

I seem to remember some giving back auction where users bid on items from banned accounts and such. I'm pretty sure that's where my scepter of chaos came from. And if I am remembering correctly the stipulation was that if the items won were no longer wanted, they should be given back to said auction. I haven't been here in a while, but I can't find it to give it back.

I haven't been here, and can't really seem to get back into it, so I plan to sell my things for art, but i remembered that needed to go back there somehow if it still exists. What might be the ruling on that item if that place no longer exists?

Can someone direct me to that place or inform me what needs to happen to that item?
