" Now you really want to help us?" Steve asked and was confused. He had a feeling that somehow his past would be coming back to haunt him even more.

"I'm confused as well. You aren't usually 'helpful' Missy," the Doctor said.

" We lets say I don't like seeing individuals being used for other people's gain. And especially if it is a person who was kind to me." Missy said knowing James' kindness was the reason she didn't set up that Cyberman scheme in this universe.

"That actually makes some sense," Leanna replied.

" But who is this person ?" The Doctor asked and wondered who might have changed Missy's mind, sicne he knew she could have easly caused havoc in this universe.

"Someone that was once a friend to Steve," Missy responded vaguely.

" But Bucky is dead. " Steve said and felt like the wind had been knocked out of him.

"That's what they wanted you to think Steve. Bucky is alive...though not the way you once knew him," she said as she explained what he saw his future to be like.

" What do you mean?" Steve asked and thought back to when he rescued Bucky and those who would become The Howling Commandoes. He was scared, sad and angry that HYDRA had hurt his friend.

Missy explained what she knew.

Steve took a deep breath and listened. " I want to help save him. " He said wondering what Natasha knew.

" Please tell me." Steve said trying not to be upset. He hated it that his best friend had been hijacked and knew it was his fault.

Natasha nodded before telling him, and the others, everything she knew.

Clint knew most of this story and knew it was true." You did a brave thing Tasha." He said and put his hand on her shoulder.

"Thanks..." she said softly after she was finished telling the tale.

"That was horrible my dear, but you have risen above it." The Doctor said and was willing to help James Barnes.

"Yes, I have. And yet, I don't wake up without thinking about him," she admitted.

" I know a similar feeling. " The Doctor said thinking about all those he had cared about and those who had died.

"Sorry," Natasha admitted, feeling bad that she made the Doctor of all people remember bad memories.

" It is alright. Everyone has bad memories and sometimes thinking of them means you have learned from your mistakes." The Doctor said .
