Naruto: A Change (Roleplay for finx15 and Pheonix of the Immortal)
 

Years ago, Konohagakure was the greatest village out of the five great Shinobi Villages, the others being Iwagakure, Kumogakure, Kirigakure and Sunagakure. However, seven years ago, the Village Hidden in the Leaves was struck with a great calamity in the form of the Kyuubi no Yoko.

A young boy with blonde hair and light whisker marks on his face sighed lightly as he watched the parents and children heading away from the park. 'Just like always...' he thought.

(I figure we start with canon and then branch out after a little bit, if that's okay with you.)

((why not gives me reason to play Sakura...I would do Hina but I don't think she went to school till the chunin exam.))

A girl with pink hair watched a boy with dark blueish blackish hair blushing slightly.

(that's fine)

Sasuke noticed the pink-haired girl that was stalking him, but paid her no mind as he continued training.

Sakura hoped she would be on Sasuke's team she didn't care who else was with them so long as it was Naruto the class clown and most annoying of all there class...she would hate for Ino to be with them to.

Naruto wondered if he would graduate this year, and if he did, who his teammates would be. He wouldn't mind Sakura being in it, but he had a feeling that the pink-haired girl would probably want Sasuke on the team as well. 'I could work with it I suppose...' he thought.

A purple haired girl watched Naruto from behind a building blushing slightly "Hinata don't stare." she jumped at her fathers voice. "Sorry."

(I agree. Though Mako was trying too hard...and I wanted to hit Korra a few times)

Iruka sighed lightly as he saw his favorite student standing up from the swing that he was sitting on. 'I wish I could help him somehow. He needs more friends his own age...' he thought to himself. He knew that the Inuzuka was friends with him, but it would be nice if Naruto had more.

((agreed. You want to jump into the chunin by having them meet there sensas I can't spell that))

(Jump to the Chunin Exams or to Genin meeting their senseis?)

((Well it really depends on where you want to go with the roleplay.))

(Alright. You mind going to after the Wave Mission? Though I also want to keep Zabuza and Haku alive if you don't mind)

Naruto couldn't believe that Haku was the same female that he helped collect herbs for in the Village of the Waves. He knew that she had wanted to kill herself in order to protect Zabuza, so he did one better. He took the shot himself. He knew it was wrong, but he had a gut feeling that both Zabuza and Haku were good at heart. Other than that, he didn't know what he felt about the end of his first mission out of Konohagakure.

Sakura sat alone thinking about what a bad ninja she was. With a frown she kicked at the puddle of water she could see herself in wondering if she should just quit.

"Sakura-chan?" Naruto asked, wondering what was wrong with the pinkette that he had a crush on, even though he knew that she pined after the Uchiha.

Kakashi looked at his Genin team and sighed lightly. Though the mission went well in the end, it was only because of Naruto and his power to change enemies into allies that allowed them to win in the end.

Sakura looked up to see Naruto "What do you want Naruto?" she asked with a slight huff.

"Was just wondering how you were doing is all," Naruto replied.

"I'm fine." Sakura said sitting up straighter feeling slightly annoyed.

"Are you sure?" Naruto asked. He sensed that something was wrong with Sakura and wanted to help.

"Of course I'm sure." Sakura said "Why wouldn't I be?"

"I just wanted to make sure is all," he said. Sensing that he was starting to bother her, he sighed lightly before moving back towards their 'prisoners'.

Sakura took a moment and then joined him.

Naruto was talking with Zabuza and Haku and telling them about all the cool places that Konoha had to offer, not realizing that Sakura had joined them for a few seconds. Once he noticed, he was pleasantly surprised to see her.
