'Why don't you just help Kurama give his daughter the talk then?!' Yugito shouted at Matatabi, clearly annoyed at the teasing the older cat demon was giving to her. Bfore she got a response, The neko princess severed the mind link she had with the demon. 'Ugh...why can't she just leave me the hell alone? Naruto and I will get there...one day.' she thought to herself before getting out of the bath. Not only was she finished bathing, but now she couldn't relax anymore...not due to all that.

Though she wasn't going to blame Naruto, especially since he wouldn't deserve it. Getting out of the bath, she drained the tub before getting out, drying off and getting into a change of clothes before opening the door, telling Naruto that the bathroom was free. Not hearing a response, she went to investigate and found him asleep on the couch, a small smile on his face as he did so. 'Aw...he looks so cute,' she silently thought, not wanting to wake her boyfriend up.

"I aim to please mi lady," Gaara replied with a smirk, his food finished.

Naruto's nose twitched in his sleep, a pleasant smell causing him to wake. He opened his eyes to see Yugito standing over the couch. "GAH!" The fox shouted as he fell off the couch and landed hard on his bottom. "Yugito-chan, I didn't expect to see you so soon." Not after what happened, anyway... "So, you were that awesome smell..." He muttered, not realizing he said it out loud.

Gemini let her giggles die down, though she kept smiling. "Well, we might as well pay and go home. Gaara-kun...thank you for bringing me here. I know it's a special place for you, so I really appreciate you sharing that with me." She said shyly.

"Awe-some...smell?"Yugito asked, blushing lightly before offering Naruto her hand. Once she got her blushing under control, the words: "Well, after dealing with a perverted cat queen, relaxing in warm water like that was ruined. And no, I don't blame you for it at all."

"I think I can let you two lovebirds skip the bill...this time, as long as you promise to come more often," Amaya said with a smirk as she saw both Gemini and Gaara blush at her words. Though it was actually nice to see Gaara have someone who cared for him and wasn't afraid of him being the Jinchuuriki of the One-Tailed Raccoon-Dog.

Naruto accepted her hand, standing up. He chuckled and rubbed the back of his head sheepishly. "Uh, yeah. There was this really great smell that woke me up...I guess it was you." He said, clearing his throat. "Oh, I know what you mean. If I didn't have leverage, that dumb fox would still be badgering me..."

Gemini blushed deeply, but not because of being called "love birds." She had been given free food before, when a kind shop owner had extra at the end of the day, and even then she felt blessed. But this meal, given for free? She felt absolutely undeserving of such a thing.

Yugito's blush came back full force, wondering what he meant by smell. She didn't think it was the soap that she used...could it have been something else he was smelling? Deciding to put that on the backburners for now, she grinned. "I assume you're talking about Gemini?" Yugito asked.

Gaara had a feeling that Gemini hadn't had much when it came to 'free food' and had a light smile on his face. "Thanks Amaya-nee," he said with a grin. If they were...boyfriend and girlfriend, then he guessed that he could deal with the names, at least from Amaya. Anyone else was debatable.

Naruto nodded. "Yeah. See, Gemini still hasn't had..."the talk" yet. All I had to do was suggest that he take care of that problem, and he shut up quick." He said with a chuckle. "Well, I'm gonna go take a shower now..."

Gemini managed to stammer a "thank you," though she still couldn't make herself look up.

Yugito snickered at that. "I kinda told Matatabi to help him with that talk as well, though I didn't bother to hear her response," she responded before he left to take the shower, subconsciously moving to where he was sitting just a few moments before.

Gaara led Gemini out of the restaurant after she stammered out a thank you to Amaya.

Naruto headed into the bathroom and took a long, hot shower.

On the way back with Gaara, Gemini found herself struggling with nerves. She wanted to hold his hand, but she knew Gaara was somewhat anti-touch, so she wasn't sure how he'd react. Finally, with a deep breath to steady herself, she reached over and grabbed his hand. Based on his reaction, she would either let go or hold on.

Yugito turned on the TV and flipped through the channels, wondering if there was anything on.

Gaara felt Gemini grab his hand and interweb his fingers with her own and glanced over at her for a few seconds before mentally shrugging. It didn't bother him that she was holding his hand, especially since they were in a relationship. Though he was also glad that no one was trying to talk down to Gemini or call her names. That would cause problems.

Naruto finished up his shower and got dressed, before leaving the bathroom to go flop down on the couch next to his girlfriend. "Anything good on?" He asked casually.

Gemini smiled to herself, glad that he hadn't pulled away. She noticed that the streets were relatively empty, and gave a silent prayer of thanks. She couldn't take it if anyone said something mean to Gaara. She'd snap, and she didn't want any jerks to ruin their perfect evening.

"Nothing really," Yugito responded as she rested her head on Naruto' s shoulder.

Gaara saw the house in the distance and knew that Kankuro and Temari would still be up, most likely out of concern for him since he was the youngest after all. He minded a little, but at least it showed him that they cared.

Naruto yawned. "Ah, well. Nothing's ever on, anyway. You want dinner, or did you already eat?" He asked, yawning again. He had worked hard and was ready for bed.

Gemini spotted the house up ahead and felt just a tiny bit of regret. she didn't want their time alone to end, but she knew that they had to get back, or the others would worry. Besides, she was a little tired.

"Dinner sounds wonderful," Yugito responded.

"I can tell you're tired Gem-chan, you should probably get to bed after we head inside," Gaara said softly.

Naruto nodded and heaved himself up to his feet, then walked over to the kitchen. "Let's see...how about spaghetti?" He asked.

Gemini looked up at him and smiled. "Okay. I'll save the shower for tomorrow." She said, realizing that a shower would be impossible with how tired she was.

"Sounds perfect," Yugito responded. "Do you want help?" she asked.

"Probably a good idea," Gaara responded.

Naruto shrugged, then nodded. "Yeah, that'd be nice." He said. Spaghetti wasn't too difficult to make, but he was so tired that he didn't trust himself to do it right.

Gemini stayed silent, not knowing what else to say.

"Tell me what to do, and I'll help," Yugito said as she followed him into the kitchen.

Gaara opened the door of the home before holding it open for Gemini. "Nee-chan taught me a few things...one of them being manners. Ladies first"

Naruto hummed in concentration. "Could you get a pot of water boiling? I'll open up a jar of sauce." He said.

Gemini smiled up at him, and stepped through the door. "Thank you." She said, blushing slightly. Wait, was this a date or not? Should I expect a kiss? Is it too early in the relationship for that? Am I even ready for a kiss?!

Yugito nodded as she got the pot out of the cupboard before filling it with water. Once it was at the height she thought was right, she turned off the water.

"You're welcome," he replied with a soft grin. 'Would one consider this a date?' he mentally asked, wondering if that was the case should he kiss Gemini good night. "That was fun, do you think we can do it again sometime?" he asked.

Once the water was boiling, Naruto dumped a box of spaghetti noodles into the pot- carefully, so he didn't get burned by splashing water- then he went about opening and heating the jar of sauce.

Gemini blushed slightly, but smiled wider. "Yes, I'd like that. I'd like that a lot." She said.

"Is there anything else I can do Foxy-kun?" Yugito asked. She knew that he was tired and would most likely fall asleep right after dinner, not that she blamed the fox after all. He was training for so long and sometimes even went past the limits of training.

"I'm glad to hear that," Gaara replied before giving her a light hug, thinking that was a good compromise between a kiss and no kiss at all.

"Uh...just watch the pot and make sure it doesn't boil over, and we should be all set." Naruto said gratefully.

Gemini smiled and hugged him back, pushing down a pang of disappointment. A hug. It was such a...friendly gesture. She had to acknowledge that a secret part of her had wanted the kiss. But she didn't show that to Gaara. No, it wasn't his fault that she was selfish. "Well...goodnight." She said cheerfully.

"Goodnight," Gaara responded, though felt as if something was off.

'That's because it is, stupid human. Your mate wanted you to kiss her,' The tanuki said in a rare sense of sanity.

'She wanted a kiss? but I thought...' Gaara started to think to the tanuki before shaking his head, completely weirded out about that. Who knew that Shukaku could actually hold a conversation when he wanted to? With that thought in mind, he wandered to his room, hoping that he could get some sleep in.

"No problem" Yugito responded.

Gemini went into her room and instantly flopped onto the bed. She felt a little bad for laying on her clean bed with her dirty clothes, but it was so comfortable that whatever guilt she had was buried quickly. So, I wanted a kiss. I guess I'm more ready than I though...but Gaara-kun isn't ready yet. That's okay. I can wait for him. In the meantime, what is this "talk" that everyone keeps talking about?

Once the spaghetti and sauce was finished cooking, Naruto pulled out two plates and forks. "Dinner is served." He said with a smile.

"Thanks Naruto," Yugito said with a light kiss to his cheek as she took her plate and fork to the table. Once that was done, she asked if milk was okay for them to drink as she got two glasses down from the cabinet.

Temari heard Gaara and Gemini coming in from their date and smiled lightly, happy that her youngest brother had found someone that cared for him and not that he was the Shukaku 'disguised in human form'. Seeing Gemini enter her room, she moved towards it and knocked. She knew it wasn't her place, but she was curious as to how the date between the two of them went.
