Alexis never did kick him out. But she did walk with him into the kitchen for coffee and breakfast the next morning.

It took Natasha less than a second of looking at them to say, with no small amount of exasperation, "It's about goddamn time."

"Shut up, Nat," Clint said as he got himself some coffee, though he did smirk a bit. Thankfully, he'd thought to put a shirt on before he left Alexis's room, and it hid the small bruises that were littering his back.

Natasha smirked back at him, quirking an eyebrow in silent question.

Alexis rolled her eyes at the two of them, instead stealing the coffee Clint had just poured.

Clint just poured himself another coffee. It wasn't worth putting up the token fight for it. He just sent Natasha a look back that clearly said 'no, you're not getting details.'

Natasha pouted, clearly a 'but I always get details!'

"Would you two stop," Alexis grumbled at them. "It is too early for this."

Clint rolled his eyes and gave her a quick kiss. He didn't care if Nat saw.

"Just enjoy your coffee," he said.

Alexis pouted again but settled for drinking her coffee. At least he wasn't being weird, that had been kind of a concern for her.

Elsewhere, Autumn was feeling well enough to go down to breakfast with everyone else. Things were still a bit loud and rough and bright, but she was feeling better than the day before, now that she'd had some rest.

Pietro walked with her, keeping close to her. Especially since they were still in the tower, having never gotten back to the mansion the day before.

"Morning," Alexis said when she saw Autumn. "Feeling better?"

"Yeah," Autumn replied, nodding. She paused for a second, wrinkling her nose a bit, and looked from Alexis to Clint and back again. "I take it you are, too."

"Yup. Sleep is great." Not just sleep, but she knew she didn't need to spell that out for Autumn. Alexis looked the littlest bit smug.

"Uh huh," Autumn said. She raised an eyebrow a bit. "Might want to hop in the shower soon."

Alexis shrugged unapologetically. "After breakfast I will. I needed coffee first."

"Shameless," Autumn teased. She headed towards the coffee maker herself, stepping quietly and being a bit overly gentle with the mug she pulled out.

Alexis noticed she was still being a little overcareful and grimaced a bit. Yeah, she still felt not quite 100%, but looked like she was a step ahead of Autumn. She did nudge Clint, though.

"Gonna go shower, see you in a bit."

Clint nodded.

"Don't get lost in there," he said, grinning a bit.

Autumn just rolled her eyes at the two of them.

Alexis snorted at him and shook her head, but headed out to go back to her room.

Pietro snorted at them and muttered to himself, but not loud enough for the others to hear.

Autumn snorted a bit when she heard Pietro muttering. She couldn't understand him, but she definitely caught the meaning all the same.

Underneath, though, she couldn't help but be a bit (or a lot) jealous of Alexis.

Pietro could definitely understand that, since Clint was kind of a lucky bastard. Whatever. He just needed to finish getting Autumn on board with his plans, was all.
