"You think we...never mind." Athena just smiled.

Yokou raised his head slightly to look at her. "What? Do I think we what?" He asked, curious.

"never mind.'' Athena smiled a little and kissed him gentle.

Yokou pouted. "You can't just say something like that and then drop it. It's not fair." He said.

''All's fair in love and war.'' Athena quoted one of the books she had read.

Yokou pouted again and crossed his arms. "You're mean."

"I'm a meany poppy head." Athena smirked a little. "Maybe I should be more mean and not do anything special in the bed but sleep." she was teasing of course.

"Then maybe I'll do the same thing." Yokou teased right back.

Athena stuck her tongue out at him playfully

"Come on, what were you going to ask? Please tell me?" Yokou asked pathetically.

"It's not important." Athena sighed "Stop trying to get me to tell."
|
"But I wanna know. Why'd you say anything if you weren't gonna tell me?" He asked.

Athena glared "I was wondering if we could get you to not be a childm" she snapped then marched off.
|
Yokou stared, dumbfounded. What had he done wrong?! She was the one playing silent treatment! Crossing his arms, he huffed and went upstairs to the library.

Athena sat outside under one of the trees watching the sunlight dance on the ground. Above her birds chirped there happy songs and squirrels rustled around looking for nuts.

Unable to resist, Yokou went to the window of the library to look out. He relaxed a little once he spotted Athena, safe and sound under a tree. A thought occurred to him that made the blood drain from his face, and he almost ran out to talk to her, but he just barely held himself back. She was mad at him. Better to give her a little space before panicking to her.

Athena started to fall asleep head slipping off the tree trunk.

Yokou couldn't help but chuckle. He decided to go and talk to her, so he opened the window and jumped down to the ground. "Athena...?" He asked quietly, not wanting to startle her.

Athena started anyways having been half asleep. "Wha?" She yawned and stretched smiling at him.

Yokou smiled hesitantly and sat down next to her. "Athena, I was wondering...have you ever thought about...having children?" He asked. He had realized that they hadn't planned for that possibility, and he had no idea if it was even possible.

"Well I've never thought about it but I wouldn't mind especially if they where half you." Athena smiled at him leaning against his shoulder.

Yokou smiled, feeling just a little bit better. "I'm glad. Because, you know there's a pretty high chance that you'll get pregnant now. I just wanted to make sure...wait. Any child we have...they'll be half demon. I don't know how that will affect your body..." He said worriedly.

"I'll be long as your here." Athena kissed him then took his hand. "We'll just have to wait and see."

Yokou nodded. "Alright. I'll be here for you the whole way, no matter what. And if you feel the need to sick Lori on me at any time, feel free. Just have her keep me alive so that I can still help you when she's done."

"Sounds good to me." Athena chuckled and settled her head in his lap starting to fall asleep again. "Love you."
