--What to Expect From Me-- I'm a very patient sort and really need that patience in return. Life can be very busy for me quite suddenly and that will always come first. I'll post often (at least every 2 or 3 days) but I can't promise to post daily. Communication is incredibly important to keep the roleplay on track and to develop the relationships building and changing within it. As a partner I like to have these lines open so we can make changes or tweak things as needed, talk about the plot/characters/etc, and let each other know where our interest level is at or other things that effect the rp. I'm very shy but will do my best to keep communication flowing. If I take a while to post a reply on a one on one, please don't take it personally! I want to take my time to think things through. However feel free to ask me how I'm doing if things take longer than usual. As far as length of posts I tend to be on the literate side of things, especially if I'm particularly inspired. On average expect two or three solid paragraphs but I've been known to write four or five on occasion. As of right now, I'm full up on one on one roleplays but am still open for group roleplays. Please make sure to check here and below for my RP Status. I love to roleplay but if I have too many stories at once I get overwhelmed. Overwhelmed CL means CL won't be able to write anything and that's no fun at all! The RPs I'm involved in are listed below. --RP STATUS-- One on Ones: (CLOSED for the time being) Making the Grade- as Chris Nance, the rich pain in the butt. X-Men: Water Strike- as Melody "Striker" Mercier, the odd but lovable mutant detective and Lillian "Thorn" Graham-Araujo, a seductive, heartless killer. The Ever Powerful Celestine...and Kyle- as Kyle Robinson, the cynical software engineer with a love for nature. I Got You Little Runaway- as Donovan the Illusionist, the strong quiet protector and Essie Murphy the Fortune Teller, a bright, witty girl who will brave anything for love. Pink- as Ari Duplantis, a brilliant divo faced with a mortifying situation...being babysat. Petal to the Metal- as Mary Leary, the fiery explorer and mechanic with big opinions. Remember the Name- as Lady Ilyana "Durga" Tohrbyorn, the gruff disowned noble who survives as a prize fighter. --------- Group RPs: The Mark of Etos- as Kareem Babir Ajram, the quiet, nomadic Shapeshifter blessed to see the future. Threat Level- as Sariah "Lolipop" Leith, an alluring, chilling young criminal who works for the SFA. ---------- Finished or Inactive RPs: --What I'm Looking For From Partners-- I prefer to write with literate, patient partners who can challenge me to get better with the writing craft. You don't have to write a novella or anything but a solid two to three paragraphs would be ideal. However the quality is always going to win over quantity! Creativity and descriptive writing make me happy enough to throw glitter and confetti everywhere! I love it like no other. We're writing a story together so when both of us bring it and zing it, it screams "PARTY IN THE THREAD!" If you have ideas for a plot twist I'm all ears. If you think a villain should up the ante, tell me so we can make it happen! Should our characters have a huge fight and then try to find a way to make up after? Let's come up with a conflict for them. I don't have RP request, because I'm not actively looking for many RPs, just saw you post in poppet's thread and kind of started from there... (See, very innocent, no signs of stalking!) I will see how it goes with my time management now that I've restarted school time, I don't think I will have time for a new RP anytime soon. ): Not with frequent posting, at least. Even though otherwise, I would probably be interested. [cry] But chatting now and then would be nice. :D |

Hi everyone, I'm absolutely chomping at the bit for either an Ouran High School Host Club, Sailor Moon, or X-Men related roleplay. Something with two or three characters for me and two or three for my partner? My plot for OHSHC would be a second generation idea, the Sailor Moon plot would have a completely new batch of warriors comprised of OCs, and the X-Men idea would involve a mix of second generation and OCs. If you've read what to expect from me and what I expect above and are still interested, please let me know! :D |

Hmmm! Well we could be our own original characters. Then maybe along the way we cross paths with some of the canon characters. Maybe they like help us along on our quest or something!
What would the story be? Just kind of throwing an idea out there: Two students that left the university? Or we could be undiscovered X-Men, still trying to figure out our abilities. Why we have them, etc. Same forces of evil? The non-X-men trying to purge out the mutants. As well as the other X-Men trying to purge all of the humans? This should be fun! I will have to think of a good ability! |
Original characters sound great. Sure, our characters could be mutants that just left the university. I was thinking of each of us portraying two characters each, one hero and one antagonist? As far as antagonists I'm thinking of a new group that wants to kill off mutants they feel are too weak. They would murder those they deemed unworthy to make it look like humans did it, the humans would think a serial killer was on the loose as many of the mutants would look like average humans. Our characters would be assigned to a case of disappearing alumni only to discover it's tied into the "serial killer" everyone was looking for. What do you think?

Ok so! Our two university characters are co-workers on a special Mutant investigation team? or maybe we were specially chosen from the professor of the university because we were top of our class and we needed to be discrete. Then our two antagonists are apart of a group that kills off weak mutants, and then makes it look like a serial killer. Sounds great! What should the serial killers method of operation be? He drains the blood from the victims or some sort of poison and then hangs them in a public place with a sign that says weak. Did we want to make a OOC thread to discuss all of this? This is what I was thinking for my character. Let me know if you think it is to overpowered: Name:Hydrogen Power: Control Water Weakness: No water around, no power. Explanation: At the start, I can like freeze water into shapes and use them. (Freeze water into the shape of knife) Then later after I get strong enough, or a situation requires it. I learn how to move water. Then my ability kind of grows over time? Is that to overpowered? I won't use the water ability to control people, since we are like 60% water or something. Now I will have to think of something for my antagonist! [:)] Maybe something that directly counters our characters abilities? Or maybe the opposites? Your antagonist counters mine, and my antagonist counters yours? |

Oh our characters would be like part of the Law and Order SVU of the mutant world. Detectives with superpowers? Heck yes! [squee] We can talk the method for the murders and antagonists in the OOC thread. :3 Hydrogen doesn't sound overpowered at all. I'm curious to see his powers at work. |

I'm opening up my one on one and group roleplay slots to try and see how I do. When I reach my limit, I'll announce as much in the first post, under RP Status. Hopefully I don't get too overwhelmed but I'm excited to see what happens. :) |
Reading over this makes me wish I wasn't craving a Dragon Age 2 based roleplay right now...oh well, perhaps I'll return with a matching craving at a later date.
