We can, but if you live on liquids for too long, you have a higher chance of digestive cancers because of the lack of fiber. Also, it's pretty hard to get the right nutrient balance, so vitamins are recommended.

I sure as heck couldn't do it.

I've seen some odd liquid diets out there. There's a guy trying to come up with a liquid food that includes all of the daily nutritional requirements, but I'm not sure how he's going to factor in things like fiber. Thus far, his concoction doesn't include any! Plus it looks disgusting and people who've tried it swear it's about as gross as it looks. Yet he has a ton of people contributing funding for this product and company.

It's a rolling kind of day!
