goodmorning lovelies!

Gosh the boys' school was a mess this morning. I guess they were having an assembly for the parents; kids who were on the A/B honor roll. Jacob isn't though so i didn't worry about it/forgot. Kaleb hasn't been getting up so I get fed up with him and just take Jacob to school. That's gonna have to stop. No more misses nice momma...[nono]

I mean he has to get used to it anyways, next year he'll have to go when Jacob does. I keep thinking about what if we have a fire or something happens to me while I'm gone. I'm just gonna have to put my mean pants on and fight with him to get up. No if's and's or but's about it.

How are your doggies today?

They are doing good, Macho wont stop barking at the tiniest noise in the hallways though. so annoying.

He's just a spoiled brat who wants attention. If people stopped giving him attention like that he'd probably quit doing what he's doing. I get tired of the media focusing on stuff like that, we should be more worried about the environment and things of that nature.

Agreed. But, at the same time, I have a feeling the reason they don't touch on this is because 1) people should already know this and 2) people probably wouldn't like to be reminded about things like this. I mean, when you come home after a long day of work, do you really want to hear about "oh and we're aiding to the build-up of pollution. We've killed rain forests. People are dying. Etc."? Probably not. Hence, sharing gossip stories about celeb X did this or the trial went as such. There are sources (NPR and PBS) that air things that aren't as dramatic or celeb-based. I just feel that the masses tend to prefer the less realistic, less troublesome things that don't revolve around Earth and man-kind. Those who are genuinely concerned about the environment, humanity, etc. would tune-in to channels geared at educating the people, rather than entertaining them.

O.o But that's just my two cents.
