Yeah. It sounds like maybe she's very spoiled at home. And if she's sick a lot, that is a good bet. Parents tend to coddle ill children.

Mmm, yeah, and I think it's also because of her deaf-blindness and the fact that she's used to people feeling sorry and just bending over backwards. She's not sick a lot - her hospitalization was due to needing intensive back surgery about a month into last semester. But she's doing better now, well at least she can get around easier, but still finds ways to make people feel sorry for her so they do things for her. To make HER life easier. -.- What bothers me is she is DETERMINED to be independent, and is determined she is, yet depends on people to help her. >.<
