none that would probably be of any use really.

have you been drinking water Zombie? lack of water will cause Headache's

that is always the first thing I do when I notice a headache.

yeah dehydration is usually the cause of most headaches.

next on the list is lack of food. then a scent and after that it most likely is muscle related.

Frustration can cause it too.

I dont think I have had one caused by Frustration but who knows.

its so snowy and crap here

I would like spring too. we have been getting snow flurry's but they have not been sticking.

Headache remedies that are natural~! I find peppermint works best for me.

and i'm home, no coffee today, the weather was just too bad to detour.
