I need nice AND looks hum. Looks are not everything but they certainly help!

Plus I don't think its fair to him if I simply settle for him, because I know I'll see all these cute & nice guys and be wanting them instead. It doesn't seem fair to either him or me. He deserves someone who can love both his looks and that he's nice.

And I never said I wouldn't go out with him, but it won't go anywhere I just want him as a friend.
Thats not necessarily true. Thats like saying anyone who is ugly or less then desirable is automatically prince charming personality wise....and I know that ain't true. Its also a stereo typo that all guys who are cute are jerks.

And you saying there's somethin wrong with byakuya's personality? lol

HIM's loosing faith in the human race while watching 16 and pregnant.

It's terrible to say, but I honestly wish a lot more girls were as picky about looks as Gwena. Then I could have all the awkward looking nerdy boys to myself. But now the nerdy boys are popular and won't settle for someone who doesn't have the ideal body type. :(

If it helps, the show has been credited with decreasing teen pregnancy rates, so that's something good!

I was thinking more that it was terrible because I wanted a bunch of girls to suddenly care a whole lot about looks in order to improve my chances with the nerdy boys. [lol] Kind of a selfish desire that.

Haha, too bad they don't want me! Although it's probably for the best. I've clearly adapted to the "date a dumb guy for three years and then break it off before he proposes" dating scheme. Perhaps I would have no clue what to do with a relationship with an intellectual equal. (I know that sounds utterly conceited, but being smart is pretty much my defining characteristic)

Because it's nice to have a companion for awhile. Dating doesn't have to be for an end game. The French don't date with a purpose. But I get tired of having to constantly attend to someone else's needs. And especially once we've run out of conversations that don't consist entirely of "how was your day today?"
