Mine too.
If she could get the darkness of the 2nd background with the waterfall it would just be perfect.

yep, yep
i totally agree

nemo.love_22 01-09-2014 06:21 PM

Damia: Ah, ok. His wife had exposed him to the flu before he went to get the shot, so just saying, be VERY careful. After the fact he was told that if you have been exposed to the flu that you should not get the shot. Just saying. That's just what happened to him. It was bad, he totally didn't expect to end up sleeping for a week, literally. Not making this up at all.

I think it's the darkness in the 2nd one that I liked.

nemo.love_22 01-09-2014 06:22 PM

Neora: I like the third one. [yes] I couldn't really see the differences good enough on my phone, but now on the computer, I definitely say number three.

hummy 01-09-2014 06:22 PM

i could go for sleeping for a week

dessertdesiert 01-09-2014 06:24 PM

My mom is in the hospital with a kidney infection and a fever. She has been in the hospital since Tuesday. She also has bacteria in her blood, and they are worried it could attack her heart after having heart problems a few weeks ago. Not to mention it could also attack her knee that she got a knee replacement on. She is IV antiboditics to help prevent it. She will remain in the hospital until she has no fever for 24 hrs. Not to mention she has diarrhea.

nemo.love_22 01-09-2014 06:24 PM

It was scary, his wife wasn't sure if he was going to survive or not. It was REALLY bad. [yes] My dad was doing work with this guy when it happened, and it was so bad that even months afterwards he was still very weak and not able to do a lot of work because it tired him out fast.

DD: Keeping your mom in my thoughts! [hug]

I know many people are having a really rough time with the flu this time.
The doctor also put me on the Tamiflu because I think he expects me to get it & this way maybe it won't be as bad.
All Miscreant has wanted to do is sleep. He didn't start feeling bad until yesterday afternoon, by last night he was really sick.

sleeping is probably the best thing for him right now
i heard that Tamiflu is really helpful if taken as soon as you can

I'm sorry DD. [hug]
I will be keeping your Mom, you & your family in my thoughts & prayers.

You know when I say I like to be nibbled on my ear, it's really weird when a puppy does it.

nemo.love_22 01-09-2014 06:29 PM

I'm not making up what I'm saying, it's 100% true. This was last spring that this happened to my parent's friend. [yes] Not this recent go through with it - and it was because he was exposed to the Flu when his wife got it and then went in and got a flu shot after he was already feeling sick from the flu that he had already been exposed to.

But whatever... I do hope that you don't end up coming down with it! [hug]

hummy 01-09-2014 06:29 PM

i will, too
i hope 2014 turns around for y'all, dessie

Thanks guys, she hates being in the hospital and it stresses her out.

nemo.love_22 01-09-2014 06:31 PM

DD: You're welcome! I can totally understand that! [hug] I know that's how my roommate was when she was in the hospital for about three weeks this semester.

Yeah, it was crazy, and I'm glad that he made a full recovery - we just saw him a few weeks ago, he's doing fine, but it really did take him months to recover, so really keep that in mind, if you feel like you are coming down with the flu... DO NOT go and get a flu shot... because it will probably just make matters worse. We did not expect it to happen to him, but yeah... -.-

Miscreant took his & went to sleep already.
I really don't want to have to go back out, but I guess I will as soon as the ding dongs have the automated system call to say it is ready.
Doctor also wrote a prescription for cough syrup, but the one who has to make it was out to lunch when I got there, so I knew I would have to go back for it. I was figuring I would get it tomorrow, because it is the same stuff I take for nausea so we still have some in the house.
I don't want to leave him at home by himself when he is this sick.

I sort of figure he picked up the flu when he went for the check-up Monday.

I hope it turns out good for all of us.

Especially you. How are your eyes doing? Have you been able to get your appointment rescheduled yet?

nemo.love_22 01-09-2014 06:40 PM

I'm going to go and mess around with my avatar, I need a change - and this may take awhile. [lol]
