Belly dancing is SUPER fun. It works out my EVERYTHING. Haha. It's hard work, but it's a lot of fun.

The pain is totally worth it? :p it'd keep you so fit!

They can be! Alright, see you around! :]

Ah yeah I see. In an average day would you encounter much?
Haha, is that that whole "one more episode" thing then oops, it's 2am!
Hmm, can you explain it to them that it would be such a benefit to you in that way? Like wouldn't they want to help you out? :< haha, they would have been perfect for then! Do you listen to music often?

Oh, it's not happened for awhile, it was when I was first learning and reading up on it. [yes]

Yeah, it's a daily struggle, but every day is different. It really all depends. It's so hard to say if it's a lot, as it's something that I'm not always aware of till it's overwhelming. I mean, I am aware of it, but not in the ways that people may think. It's hard to explain.
Totally! [lol] That's happened more times than I'd like to admit! [lol]
Well, I've tried, they just don't want me to 'cut myself off from society'. -.- And not be aware of my surroundings... Ugh, they keep saying the same excuses over and over again. Basically tells me that they don't want to spend the money on them as they are expensive headphones. *sighs* I may have to save up my money and just get them for myself.

Ok, I'm really headed out now. [yes] Going to go and make myself some tea and then go and curl up in bed and see if I can convince this sickness to go away. [yes]

OfeliaLaroose 01-09-2014 11:07 PM

@Vanora: Did you hear about what happened to Leeteuk and one of the members of U-KISS, though?

I did... that's why I panicked. I don't think my poor heart can take anymore bad news.

Yes! My studio offers belly dance, pole dance, burlesque, hip hop, and sword dancing. It also has self defense and various martial arts classes. It's all around awesome. Once I get more upper arm strength and weigh a little less (cause then I won't have to lift as much weight), then I'll start taking pole and burlesque. So awesome!

It looks like a TON of fun, but you get a bunch of awful bruises and blisters. I'm a pansy with skin stuff, so I'm a little scared.
You should totally take a class, though, Amane.

Okay, for real I'm going now. FOR REAL. Hahaha.

Damia Flagg 01-09-2014 11:32 PM

I'm back for just a few minutes.
Miscreants fever is going up, it was 102 when I had him at the doctors office today & when I just checked it now its up to 103.
I'm getting sort of worried.

steelmagghia:
How long did it take for you & your family to get over the flu?

how long has he had his fever, dami?

steelmagghia 01-09-2014 11:35 PM

Oh dang, Damia. No fun. It took ten days to get over all of the major symptoms. It took about five days for fevers to start going down and body aches to go away. This stuff is pretty wretched. *hugs* Hope Miscreant gets better soon!

Damia Flagg 01-09-2014 11:36 PM

The fever started late last night or early this morning.
It was 102 at 11 am, its a little after 6:30 pm now.

---------- Post added 01-09-2014 at 06:37 PM ----------

I don't want his fever to get too high. He suffered some hearing damage from a high fever many years ago.
I think that fever was around 103 when it happened.

Adder is gonna try to call one of his friends who is a retired nurse.

Mom & Dad went to pick up the other medicine so that I didn't have to leave him.
Adder still hasn't got home from work. :(
I'm trying to decide if I should run up to the store to grab him some gatorade or something like that. He hasn't wanted to eat or drink much today. I'm worried he will get dehydrated.

Oh, I know. There was a K-pop group that did poledancing for one of their rounds of promotions, and their legs were covered. One or two of them got hurt so badly they were absent from a few performances.

Buffalo do, in fact, roll to take off their winter coat. I aquired this knowledge because of K-pop, naturally. ROLL LIKE A BUFFALO.

i have been right next to a buffalo
their tongues are as big as a hand
and now i know that they do indeed roll, too!

Amane 01-10-2014 12:26 AM

That is a HUGE tongue. Did it lick you, squirrel?

hummy 01-10-2014 12:33 AM

it was going to but i chickened out
he was almost as big as the van!

Amane 01-10-2014 12:38 AM

Woo, imagine that thing rolling!

I choked, and now I have a tickle in my throat…
