I'm back for just a few minutes.
Miscreants fever is going up, it was 102 when I had him at the doctors office today & when I just checked it now its up to 103. I'm getting sort of worried. steelmagghia: How long did it take for you & your family to get over the flu? |

Oh dang, Damia. No fun. It took ten days to get over all of the major symptoms. It took about five days for fevers to start going down and body aches to go away. This stuff is pretty wretched. *hugs* Hope Miscreant gets better soon!

The fever started late last night or early this morning.
It was 102 at 11 am, its a little after 6:30 pm now. ---------- Post added 01-09-2014 at 06:37 PM ---------- I don't want his fever to get too high. He suffered some hearing damage from a high fever many years ago. I think that fever was around 103 when it happened. Adder is gonna try to call one of his friends who is a retired nurse. Mom & Dad went to pick up the other medicine so that I didn't have to leave him. Adder still hasn't got home from work. :( I'm trying to decide if I should run up to the store to grab him some gatorade or something like that. He hasn't wanted to eat or drink much today. I'm worried he will get dehydrated. |
