Computer Help?
 

I've searched Yahoo Answers for the solution, but nothing has worked. I'm using Google Chrome, and I've continuously been faced with this problem. Every time I get rid of it, I just comes back. I've deleted, uninstalled, and scanned every suspicious file, but it just won't go away. This time, there is a thing in my Extensions called "Media Player" (seen below), that just appeared - with Bettersurf ads - out of nowhere. The check box to disable it is unclickable, and the little trashcan to delete it is completely gone. What's more, underneath the Enabled check box it reads "Installed by enterprise policy". I've tried everything I could think of, but nothing is working. Bettersurf has completely closed out Google Chrome before, while I'm using it, only to find that it's rooted itself in my web browser again. What am I supposed to do!?

What do you scan with? I like Malwarebytes for getting rid of this kind of rubbish. My issue is, I always forget how to get rid of stuff like this, so I'm not a huge amount of help here. [sweat]

I ended up finding the source of my issues, and got rid of it! It was just a matter of uninstalling a pesky program. It's gone now, though.
