Mordecai helped her into a chair, and looked at a book. It was a Grimoire, a spell-book from His family. They were rare.

" Oh a grimoire." Lori said staring in awe " Doesn't your grandmother have one Athena?" Athena just shrugged.

Mordecai handed it too Lori. It contained complex Spells, written in Latin.

Lori blinked and read threw it " these are for more then just one type of mage." she tilted her head studying the healer section.

It mentioned the 'Spell Binding Circle of shalixor

" Can I borrow this?" Lori asked.

"No, that boolk is the last legacy of my line."he said

" Oh can I sit here and study it then?" Lori asked pulling out a notepad.

"Sure, though you cant read page 69"he said

Lori immediately started to flip threw the book " never tell her not to do something." Athena chuckled.

The page was all sex spells, infatuation, and spells that could make people do thing that would make you blush

Lori did blush glanced at Athena who wasn't paying attention and quickly handed the book back to him " I dnot' want to know what you two do in your spare time." she stood and hurried off.

"I warned you"he said

Athena frowned " What did you do to her?" she asked raising an eyebrow.

"She looked at the page in my book i told her not too."he said

" Well that's Lori she only learns by doing." Athena chuckled.

"She reminds me of myself. I ran into a cave, to kill a mountain troll that was terrorizing a village. "he said. "Note, I did kill it, but I broke several bones in the process. "He said.

" Poor baby." Athena laughed then stole the book "I'm curious know." she blushed and closed the book " Well." she opened it again glanced at him then blushed more.

"Do I even need to say it?"he said, putting it away.

" Say what?" Athena said trying to forget what she had just read.

"Guess not. "he said, staring out at the Landscape. Most were burying the dead. The rest were collecting the weapons, mainly for the mages. Demonic enchanted weapons were very valuable, and scavengers were picking the fields.

Athena leaned her head on his shoulder and sighed softly.

"Whatcha thinking about?"he said, holding up his bow, and killing a crippled demon. Sure, they were monsters, but they didn't deserve to suffer.

" Page 69." Athena said with a blush.
