Fighting is dumb. It's harder to understand people and work things out when everyone's mad.
I don't fight, I just curl up and cry until they stop yelling at me. Then I say I'm sorry, and they say they're sorry, and we're friends again. I wish everyone could just love everyone and be happy. Fighting makes me sad. |
I tend to fight back...because I hate being wronged and when a fight starts it's usually because people're putting words into my mouth or accusing me of being or doing something that I am not/haven't, and that seriously pisses me off. And usually when that kind of thing happens I don't apologize either because I haven't done anything wrong by defending myself. If they can't get over it, then they're not the kind of friends I want anyway. I will be willing to explain and settle things down at a calmer setting later if there's been any misunderstanding, but if I don't think I'm wrong then I don't apologize. |
Yeah, usually if someone's yelling at me, it's because I actually did something.
Like when I broke the window. I hid all the broken glass in the trash and pretended the window wasn't broken, but I couldn't lie when I was asked about it, and I got yelled at. When I didn't do anything and I get yelled at for something I didn't do I usually try to explain that I didn't do it. I always try to tell the truth, and I think people know that. But sometimes they yell at me anyway. I think sometimes people just get mad and try to yell at someone to make themselves feel better, but that's really stupid. They could just stop being mad. A lot of the time, when I think someone's mad at me, I just hide. Sometimes I just hide so I don't have to talk to anyone. I never know if they're going to get mad, so it's safer that way. |
Yeah...I hide a lot too if I know I screwed up something and just want to procrastinate it until I can't procrastinate anymore and then get yelled at. [sweat] |

Sometimes I like to. Sometimes it's to be away from trouble. I hid under the kitchen sink once, and it was leaky. Someone put something nasty in the sink while I was there, and it got all over me! That was gross! |

I can't even get the door of Vera's closet to close all the way.
The pile of clothes is too big, and spreads out over the floor to the bed. And I can't play or hide under the bed, because the cat poops there sometimes, and there's cigarette butts. I hate both of those things, they're nasty! |

Yeah, nobody ever looks under the bed but me, I don't think anyone knows that stuff is there. There are dishes and soda bottles too, I think they all got there on accident. I would clean it all up or something, but it's all gross, and I don't touch gross things. I can't make myself do it. |

It's all dried out. It doesn't smell or anything. I think the cat did it a few months ago. There was a problem with her and the dog, and she was afraid to use the litter box.
I think they worked it out. I should just tell Vera, she'd clean it all up, I bet. She cleans all the time, even though she hates it. I think it's her OCD. |

I can't stand to touch anything gross. I just tend to try and forget things like that. I shouldn't be like that, I should tell people when something needs to be cleaned.
I'll tell Vera when she wakes up. If it gets cleaned, I can play under there. |
Well I have to regularly clean my guinea pig's cage from her poo and I used to have a cat...but if it was under my bed I'd probably go nuts and bleach the entire place to hell with acid. [sweat] Can't stand to think of poo under the bed...I mean, if I have the air conditioner on and the poo's dried up, it'd essentially mean you're breathing in dry flaky poo at night when sleeping or in the room, etc. [gonk] |
That sounds really bad. Yeah, now I have to tell her. It'd be wrong not to. Thanks, it's good to know important things like that.
Now I feel dumb for not thinking of that, but not everyone thinks of everything all the time. She'll be mad that it's there, but she'll clean it up. She's really good about that. |
I guess I'm just more paranoid about things like that...I tend to hold my breath whenever I smell something bad or potentially health-damaging, like gas exhaust, cigarette smoke, or bleach, etc. [sweat] |
