The thing is Salv & hummy, not everyone is this shitty person online. If you suspect someone may be like that, it's quite simple. Instead of purposely lying and choosing to be deceitful, you tell them that you are not comfortable giving out personal info.

At least, if you had any shred of decency and valued the friendship anyways.

I really don't understand how someone could miss that and instead see's the problem as "Oh wow names really matter to you". Talk about having your head up where the sun don't shine.

I lost a wallet once, that happened to have my SS card in it.
Nothing has ever come of it, and it was almost 10 yrs ago, but I still worry.

I used to keep my SS card in my wallet but then I realized how crappy of an idea that is so I stopped.

HIM's NI card is somewhere safe. So safe HIM's not sure where.

I thought I knew as well...but...now that I checked that place, it's MIA >.<

I had never even thought of the possibility that I would lose a wallet, or that it would be stolen.
I was young and dumb.
Then I saw something on the news that said it was a bad idea to keep your card in your wallet, and I made a mental note to take mine out. Mental notes are useless, when your brain is like an Etch-a-Sketch [sweat]

Imagination :( it makes me kind of sad to read this because I sense sadness/disappointment/frustration coming out of the screen.

For the record (although you probably know this about me already) - I am most comfortable when people call me by my online name salvete or any variation (and people have come up with a lot! ^_^ <3).

And when I post things like *starts dancing*, I'm not actually dancing in real life! Well, most of the time anyway. :)

I am FB friends with quite a few Menewshans.
They know my real name, etc.
I don't mind.
But I totally understand why some people want to be cautious. [yes]

When I was a dancer, my stage name was Roxxxy.
And my second FB account is Roxy Menewsha. They wouldn't allow me to spell it with 3 x's [roll]

I do find it a bit silly that facebook doesnt accept unnatural names, it probably traps people a lot. You should be able to choose whether or not to have your full name on there. My mum didnt want her full name on there but when i tried changing it a bit they said no =/

Being cautious is far different then purposely choosing to lie to someone you call a "friend".
