I just put in for 12 days off later this year. I am excite.

Indeed! There's just silence. I'm going to do nothing!
Nice! I am excite for you. Free time is excellent [eager]

I will probably drink some peppermint tea.

Wonderlands 08-15-2014 08:14 AM

The only good thing about my job is being able to get days off easily.

That's the best way to spend time, doing nothing!
I am excite for you as well!

Kenome-Chan 08-15-2014 08:18 AM

My chest feels heavy..
And I feel short of breath.
How peculiar..

Sleepy Anarchy 08-15-2014 08:21 AM

That's not good, Kenome.

Kenome-Chan 08-15-2014 08:22 AM

I know.
My heart did something pretty crazy today.

SuperZombiePotatoe 08-15-2014 08:24 AM

What did it do? O_O

Kenome-Chan 08-15-2014 08:25 AM

Well I was walking home from doing errands and it started to pump harder than normal and I almost blacked out.

The pumping harder than normal thing happens to me sometimes though but not as bad as it happened today.

---------- Post added 08-15-2014 at 03:26 AM ----------

Here is what I was telling Amane in another thread:

My mom has this thing where her heart has an extra electrical current.
And sometimes it will beat a little harder than normal.
Stress and overwork can trigger it.

One time it happened at her job and her heart rate was 200.
It was scary.
And there is nothing really to fix it since it doesn't happen all that often.

So what I'm thinking is I have that same thing going on with my heart.

Wonderlands 08-15-2014 08:27 AM

I hate having a license.

SuperZombiePotatoe 08-15-2014 08:29 AM

Wow, that's intense. So, you inherited it from your mum.

Your heart could just need exercise maybe?
My sister had tests done over the past week
when we were at my cousins where my auntie works
and one of the guys who took her blood pressure said whenever she would stand up from sitting down her heart rate would just drop.

it could also be what you are eating as well.
as not a good diet and lack exercise together can do that

Kenome-Chan 08-15-2014 08:35 AM

I'm pretty sure it's mostly that I don't eat right, I walk to and from work, I don't sleep well, and I work my butt off at work.
But I'm also pretty sure I got something like it from my mom.

I don't weigh that much either and I never have.
I'm 23 and I've weighed 110lbs since I was 16.
And nothing I do gains me any weight..

I am thinking though that I should go to the doctor soon and talk to them about it.
Just in case.

Sleepy Anarchy 08-15-2014 08:38 AM

Coming from the guy who has lots of things wrong with him that ignores doctors, go see one.

Yeah i recommend going to the doctors.
though you don't necessarily need to gain weight.
though protein helps you gain weight.
though you can turn it into muscle.
That's what my sister has to do.

My sister is 22 and she weighs 108lbs.

She's only gained 8 pounds over the last 2 years.

But not eating right can really effect your heart so I'd get tested just
to be on the safe side.

Kenome-Chan 08-15-2014 08:46 AM

I sure will!
Whenever I have another day off.
Because I messed up my sleeping schedule.
It's 4am and I'm not tired just yet.
Getting there though.

I hope so too.
I am hungry and I wanna eat my leftovers from breakfast
but the sound of food hurts my tummy.[gonk]

Kenome-Chan 08-15-2014 09:01 AM

I'd say nibble on the food.
Little bit at a time.

Woot tidiness!

Sleepy Anarchy 08-15-2014 09:03 AM

I don't know if that will work.

I may end up having soup for breakfast.

Kenome-Chan 08-15-2014 09:11 AM

Sleepy they look soooo cool!

Soup is good.
It will help your tummy.
And if the puking comes it won't hurts as much..
Well you know..

Yes indeed soup is good.
i don't think I will vomit.
That is sort of a last resort to my body.
it will do everything else before taking that route.

But usually i don't ever do that.

It's starting to hurt less now though
from eating mints and drinking ginger ale.
