[squee] Little owl! Cuteness overload!!

Kids were hilarious before they went to bed. Kept finding the funniest videos on Youtube. It was a great way to end the day! I'll show them the owl pic in the morning - thank you for sharing it [hug]

steelmagghia 04-08-2014 01:57 AM

You're welcome. It made me smile. I like smiling when I'm cranky.

Elmira Swift 04-08-2014 02:07 AM

I grimace then take a deep breath and grin maniacally.

steelmagghia 04-08-2014 02:09 AM

Haha. The maniacal smile never quite does it for me. I've got to find something that makes me actually smile.

LiviInLove 04-08-2014 03:08 AM

*throws her body pillow across the room* I can't get comfortable enough to sleep! :/ That's all.

I'm in a bit of a better mood right now, but Alex said he knew to give me space when he got home because I was answering all of his questions and my accent was rather thick. Sad thing is, I didn't realize that it had come back.

steelmagghia 04-08-2014 03:13 AM

Haha, well that's one way to tell! I am unfortunately NOT getting any less angry. I will probably just head to bed soon so I don't throw a tantrum.

LiviInLove 04-08-2014 03:26 AM

Haha, yeah! When I get super upset, annoyed, frustrated or mad, I've been told it's so thick that one, who's not used to it, can barely tell what I'm saying. [rofl] When Alex first met me, he didn't believe me when I told him I was American. Because I was still processing Carlie's passing, I was stuck in it for a good month and a half, and then one day, I just dropped out of it, more than I was, and he looked at me like I was mental. Oh, the joy of having an accent that can't quite pick out where it's from due to having one parent from the southwest and one from England. [lol] My accent is just all over the place confused. [lol]

Awww, hope that tomorrow goes much better for you hon! [hug]

I've a feeling it'll get back up there to annoyance, more so when I attempt to try to sleep again. I was attempting to head to bed earlier than normal, and that didn't go according to plan.

steelmagghia 04-08-2014 03:30 AM

That does have to be an interesting accent, haha. I gotta do the dishes first, which is of course making me angrier. I hope you get to sleep quickly.

LiviInLove 04-08-2014 03:37 AM

Oh yeah! I never quite know how to explain it to people - I go it's British, Southern, with a bit of Californian mixed in there as well. [lol] It's confused! The Brit one is the one that comes out when I'm annoyed, upset, sad, or frustrated - the one that Alex was talking about.

Boooo Dishes are never fun! :( Are there a lot of them? And thanks, I hope so too. Just gotta convince the soccer star to calm down first. XD

steelmagghia 04-08-2014 03:40 AM

There's not a ton of them, at least, but they all have to be hand washed. So I'm doing it on commercial break on River Monsters. I hope the little one stops trying to score a goal in your tummy. Haha.

LiviInLove 04-08-2014 03:43 AM

At least there aren't a ton but it seems like having to hand wash dishes just makes them always seem like so much more of a chore. We do have a dishwasher, but a few of our dishes - mainly a few pots - we don't like to run through, so they always have to be hand washed.... Bleh... O.o No thanks! I can do it, but I'm not a fan.

I hope so too, but so far, she's showing no sign of listening. Doesn't help she's starting to totally run out of room. [lol]

steelmagghia 04-08-2014 03:50 AM

Yeah, I loaded everything I could in the dishwasher, but there's no room for the big pots and pans, and the smaller ones are teflon, which can't go through the dishwasher.

Haha, yeah, I'm sure she's feeling pretty cramped.

LiviInLove 04-08-2014 03:52 AM

At least it isn't all of them! But I so can relate to not wanting to have to hand wash anything.

Oh, I'm sure, and I'm feeling achy and huge.

steelmagghia 04-08-2014 04:03 AM

I'm halfway through, so that's exciting, but I'm definitely taking it slow, which is keeping down the crankiness.

I can only imagine. The women who have like ten kids always make me wonder how their bodies hold up against all of that constant changing.

LiviInLove 04-08-2014 04:11 AM

That's great! One dish - 10 minute break. Another dish, another 10 minute break.

I'm not sure - I question how I've managed three so far. I know we'll not be having many more - and if we do - we'll be waiting quite awhile, if I have any say.. [lol]

steelmagghia 04-08-2014 04:19 AM

Haha, basically. I've finished the dishes, now I just have to wipe down all of the counters.

I can imagine you're a bit tired of having your body change so rapidly.

LiviInLove 04-08-2014 04:23 AM

Haha, that's how I do things these days! [yes] Lots and lots of breaks. Shouldn't take too long, yeah?

I totally am. Aching back. I think I'm going to go and take a shower and see if I can try this whole sleep thing again. [yes]

steelmagghia 04-08-2014 04:30 AM

Have a relaxing shower hon, and good luck! Sleep well!

I was getting cranky; but then I managed to get Ragnarok II to not crash within five seconds of clicking the desktop icon, and that pretty much killed that cranky right there. [sweat]

I'm so glad it finally worked for you!

Elmira Swift 04-08-2014 07:32 PM

How are the cranksters doing today?

I'm feeling less cranky. I think I may have a solution to an issue at home/work. Not having the ability to reach a conclusion effectively without pieces of information in hand is annoying. Some bits of information are still missing, but I think I have at least a temporary solution.

I'm not familiar with the game. Is it particularly glitchy or something?
