Well, I believe Ethos and I both looked at the riddle and noted that it never actually says she puts on clean underwear every day, only that she changes it. The number is obviously completely different if the undies are clean every day.

I'm still going to go with two pairs of underwear because she can clean her own underpants in the morning before the husband comes by to pick up the dirty unmentionables.

Libra:

Ethos: if the husband is taking the dirty laundry it should be assumed the wife can not do the laundry at the cottage.

The wife needs enough pairs to wear the whole week while the husband is washing the dirty laundry. And the dirty laundry is gone for an entire week, and comes back clean.

Haha, I love all the arguments about this one.

Libra:

12 pairs of underoos if he lives in a more eastlerly time zone than she does. She could change at 11:45 am (morning in the western timezone) and he can come by at 12:30 pm (afternoon in the eastern timezone) and allow for the overlap.

Ethos: It doesn't matter what time she changes or what time he gets there, because him going to the the cottage and her changing happens in the same day. If she has been wearing a new pair of underwear everyday, the husband would take 7 pairs home with him, then she would be left with 5 for the following week, that's not enough underwear to last her all week.

and look I figured out what the heck was being talked about. at first I was confused. because with no context it sounded like some sexist thing that wwomen have to do the laundry and she's incapable id it so man's job. also... why does he not live in his cabin wit her? that's creepy.

Shadami: I do not understand why she doesn't live with him, though at least he's doing the laundry rather than her! I assume she doesn't have a washing machine there, maybe she has some disfiguring disease so this is her way of being away from others, but he has work, so he can only visit her. Or maybe he has multiple wives, and shes the most disliked. Or maybe her kids are really sick. Those are the only reasons I could think of xD

And, 16 is too many pairs of underwear. Just as a recap, someone has guessed 12 pairs and that isn't enough underwear. The correct answer is somewhere in between those numbers [ninja]

Medium for Auction: Traditional/Digital, I will do either.
How much will you draw: I will do full-body. Toes may get cut off, depending on the style/pose/ect.
Colors: I prefer to do just lineart, as my coloring takes awhile and I'm still working on getting my lighting/shading just right. If time is not an issue, I can do color as well.
Deal Breakers: genitalia. They will look like a Ken doll if I have to draw it. MAYBE with a little package.

TaiyoTsuki: please edit your form with a specific choice for Full body, waist up, etc. and color option. If you're willing to do everything, I'd suggest saying full body and colored. Though we will make it clear in the rules that if the winner wants less than that, it is their choice.

The goal is to make it as clear as possible what you are willing to auction off. If you want to do more than what you wrote it is your choice, but I'm doing this so the winner can't take advantage of you. Not saying they would, but it's for precautions.

Hehe... Until Libra instituted the 'they must be clean' rule, I maintained that she only needed 3 pairs. Which conveniently explained why he doesn't live in the cabin with her-- he only ever sees her wearing undies she's had on for 7 days!
