Ever since I tried pumpkin pie as a kid I won't. touch pumpkins any more I use to eat broccoli only. cause my grand maw ask nicely I never did like it. my dog use to eat it till she stop eating it one day. I don't like the feel of water chestnuts but if I give them to my dog she will glob them up.

I love pumpkin pie. Not a huge fan of broccoli. Water chestnuts are alright.

I love most every single kind of food I have tried so far. The only ones I don't like so much are asparagus and licorice, and I have a few food allergies (I can die if I eat radishes!) that impede what I can eat. But for the most part, I love all foods!
Not to say that I am always in the mood for food. Honestly I have moods where I'm like FEED ME ALL THE THINGS!!! then other times I'm just meh. And sometimes I don't want a specific type, like sometimes I do not want to have anything to do with sweets.
I am a moody eater XD

I adore asparagus and licorice. Never heard of a radish allergy before. I to am a moody eater. Sometimes I eat simply because I know I have to.

Uniplex 05-14-2014 02:49 PM

It's really quite evil to be honest. I have to inspect everything i eat when I eat out to make sure it doesn't have them, or else i could actually end up in the hospital >,<I think it's the way that I had asparagus prepared. I love almost all veggies, so it was quite a shock when I didn't like that. I've only had it once, and it was either steamed or boiled... Can't remember. I wanna try to grill it sometime!

Kirin Rosenbaum 05-14-2014 06:33 PM

I love it roasted asparagus. That's the best way to have it.

Uniplex 05-15-2014 05:37 PM

Then I shall try it sometime!

Kirin Rosenbaum 05-16-2014 01:47 PM

You probably had it and it was mushy as all get out right? I hate it mushy.

I love food. Lots and lots of food. I like all sorts of food. Tacos, burritos, baked potatoes stuffed with finely shredded cheddar and sour cream, ribeye steaks, steamed broccoli, lobster with butter and lemon juice, lobster rolls, dirty rice, jambalaya, gumbo, Stouffer's macaroni and cheese (seriously, it's the richest and best. All that thick cheeeeeeese...lol), crab, haddock, crawfish, and chicken.

My favorite places to eat are Piada, Ruby Tuesday, and Panera Bread.

Kirin Rosenbaum 05-16-2014 02:08 PM

I like lobster. No additions needed for me. I adore a good lobster role. I am also a huge mac and cheese girl. I take a box and pimp it out. I will add meat, veggies, all sorts of good stuff and of course extra cheese. I am not a huge fan of crawfish though only time I tried them was cold I would try them hot and in stuff before making my final decision. I love Ruby Tuesday's salad bar. They have the best salad bar in my opinion.

That's awesome Axenblade. What have you found that you enjoy the most.

Well I've always like Thai food, so fish soups are something I've been eating a lot of, and I didn't realise how many fish curries India has, so those are two things that have been in my diet recently.

Also alot of asian type salads and home blended oils to put on them, because I've never been a huge fan of creamy dressings and the majority of store bought ones are full of preservatives anyway.

That's awesome. I love Thai and Indian food but I don't get it much.

A real good way to eat aspargus is to blanch it in boiling water for like a few minutes, salt and pepper it and then eat it as soldiers with a runny boiled egg.

I eat it for breakfast sometimes and hot damn does it set me up for a good day- delicious as hell [heart]

Kirin Rosenbaum 05-18-2014 12:11 PM

I am all about the roasted asparagus. So yummy. And I love roasted beets. Roasting veggies is so good.

I don't buy it in too much either, mostly because I have no money and there are no Thai places nearby, but I make it quite a bit- Asian supermarkets are usually pretty cheap around here so making hot and sour soups is a good way for me to make cheap meals in bulk that aren't crammed full of crap and trans-fat.

I just plain love asparagus, though roasted veggies are great. Make damn fine crisps/chips too- just cut em up and roast 'em.

I am the only one in my house who like Thai and Indian food. I don't roast them till their crisps. Just till they are warmed through. They are so sweet when roasted. Yummy.
