Oh my god you make treats for a living? [drool] Share with me your wisdom. Like what kind of chocolate you used to make that butterfly. I've been meaning to try that, but I don't have any books I'm fine with possibly chocolatizing. Also, what did you put in that Easter egg, truffle or peanut butter?

Not really ^^" It's more of a hobby but I do take orders for holidays and special events As far as the butterflies go, I use candy melts (Which I also used to make the chocolate bowls). And there's a wonderful tutorial by How To Cook That on YouTube if you can't find anything in a book :) And for the Easter eggs, most of them were peanut butter but I also did fudge, butter cream, and coconut cream :3 |

The butterfly strawberry thing was just adorable. I am thinking I will keep you in mind and may order from you for my mom. She adores chocolate strawberries. ;) Lol. Seriously though. Oh oh oh! Have you tried that cute lil' thing where you take a mini reeses and put it onto a cupcake with a lil' dollop of frosting so it looks like a cupcake on a cupcake?

Pffft, *pats back* she obviously has no idea what she's talking about. I just saw some world wide statistics yesterday (mathematically compiled from other stats) and only about 1-2% of the WORLD has a college degree. Plus, look at your stuff here! What's she to tell you how successful you'll be when you could easily open up a full out sweets business? I hate people who pressure kids to be successful RIGHT NOW. There was a news story just a couple years ago about a boy who killed himself the day he turned 18 because his parents wanted him to have a job by graduation and be moved out and stable by his birthday, AND his counselor was pressuring him about college and when he was going to start working on applying for scholarships and loans. There are a lot of people who go straight to work.

Update~
Well I'm trying to be more healthy and stuff, walked/jogged abooooout 2 miles(?) Anyway my lunch was a "Green Monster" meal replacement smoothie. Made from bananas, spinach, ice, and vanilla almond milk SPOILERSoooooo good Now I'm cooking up some chick pea poppers for my sister [drool] Annnnnd for dinnerrrrr I'm making chicken & veggie bowties with spiced tomato sauce and mushrooms [drool] ---------- Post added 05-31-2014 at 10:00 AM ---------- Okay the poppers just finished baking xD SPOILEROm nom nom My sister was eating them while I was trying to take a picture of them and then went crazy and was like "LET'S PUT SOME OREGANO UP THERE! For garnish purposes!" xD |

That woman from the liquor store/writing group is a prize bitch and deserved a kick in the ovaries. I know it's very hard to not take criticism like that to heart, but she is full of crap. She pissy because you're not giving her group the attention she feels it deserves?
Ok, potted theory about her...she had big dreams of becoming a famous author and has ended up stuck in retail, so she's bitter and obsessed about writing now. So she's got no time for any profession other than that and thinks anyone who can write should write, like 24/7. No sleep, nothing! [illgetu] Art and comics will get you nowhere in life? [lmao] She never heard of Marvel? [roll] Just reading your posts in here it's clear that cooking is a passion for you, combine that with art and comics and that's a wide range of potential professions. I think she's jealous because you have your life ahead of you, and all that untapped potential, and she never achieved hers. Miserable bitch, can you go to another liquor store when you need alcohol?
