"Of course, Klyar is one of the best" His fingers trailed along her skin, up to the choker and removed it, "Vesta mentioned that did she?" he looked at her neck and then back to her eyes and smirked, "Hello Pallas."
A very faint line remained. Her eyes widen slighty.
Crap. Did she say Vesta instead of Victoria. She quickly moved away from him. Trying to flee. She didn't want to be a mindless doll again. |
He teleported in front of her, his eyes flashing green with his magic, "Where are you running off to?" he demanded.
She stopped, frozen in place by his gaze. She put her hands over her gem protectively.
"M-Master please... Don't put me back in the darkness. .. I'll be good." Even without he's magic, she was referring to him as master. .. curious. |
Loki smiled, "I have no intention of reestablishing my control over you" he replied, "After all, what can you do? There is no where to run, you have no way out of this realm and the Frost Giants would rather eat you than work with you. They have asked on a few occasions" he touched her cheek, leaning in close to her, "but I wouldn't let anything happen to you. Your safety is paramount to me." he kissed her forehead briefly before letting her go, walking passed her, "Keep up the good work Pallas." he called back to her, "perhaps you should take a look at the throne room next?"
When he kissed her forehead, she blushed, her eyes closed and her shoulders relaxed.
She slowly turned as he walked away, a dream like expression on uer face before she blinked and hurried after him. "Y-yes master." |
They went to the throne room and Loki explained to her what he wanted her to do before he headed out again.
Pallas nodded and once he had left the room, she fell to her knees. What was getting started into her? Her hands were shaking and her heart was racing. And why did she wish his eyes upon her..
Sh shallowed hard and got to work. |
((Time skip... just not sure where to?))
((Ummm.. not sure
---------- Post added 07-29-2014 at 05:39 PM ---------- Pallas worked the next week or so fixing up the castle as Loki requested it but he wasn't giving her any attention. He'd nod and walk away, spending his time doing his kingly duties around the castle, visiting Ceres or having cuddle time with Vesta. She knew she shouldn't be... jealous but not one had ever treated her like that. Kissed her forehead softly...That he saftey was on the top of his list. How his hands cupped her chin, firmly in his hand. She shook her head, slamming her hands on the floor, no, she couldn't think about it. She had to be strong, had to resist these urges, had too... Pallas opened her eyes and her face turned pale. She'd been fixing Loki's chamber floors and now.. Now there was a huge spike of ice through his desk and through several pieces of parchment. "AHHHH!" She got up, "No no no no..." She reformed the desk with ice. She leaned over the desk, collecting the papers as the spikes shrink into the smooth surface of the desk. "I'm in trouble." These looked like notes.. |
"Pick up some medicine from Ceres and have it sent to the Talynk Tribe in the south" Loki's voice could be heard as he approached the room, "If they refuse it, wipe them out. Dismissed" he opened the doors alone and stopped, staring at Pallas and the disaster she had created, "What is going on here?" he demanded, his eyes narrowing upon her.
Pallas froze and quickly gathered the papers under herself.
His voice sent shivers up her spine as she propped her head up with her hand and swung her leg casually, "Oh... Master... I was ummm working on the floor and well... your desk seemed out of place with the decorative floor so I... umm... Ta-Da?" She said, looking back at him, not daring to move her upper body off the desk for fear he would see the very holey paper under her. |
He walked over to her on the desk, coming quite close actually as he leaned over her, "Is that so?"
Pallas had to look away, her face becoming warm and flushed. Now she was trapped in this position while the surface of her urges millimeters away from her. She withdrew her hands inside her sweater and played with the cuffs, "Y-yes?" She managed to say thought it was very apparent she did not believe her own words.
His hands held himself up on either side of her, though after a moment he pulled out a piece of paper from under her that she had been trying to hide. Looking at it he scowled, "You've ruined my work."
"I-It was an accident, Master! I was doing the floor like you asked and then my mind started to wander to why you haven't been spending any time-" She started to explained, looking back at him, then she realized what she was saying and looked away, "...I'm sorry."
He was annoyed, that much was clear as he gathered the pages. At least it was only torn, a simple spell and they knit back together-but then she had cast them all out of order as well. "Spending any time doing what?" he snapped as he walked around his desk to stand behind it while organizing things again.
She slid backwards, like a slug till she was sitting on her bottom on the floor, her hands infront of her and the desk blocking her from his angry eyes.
"...Me." Her voice sounding rather hurt. Now that she wasn't under his control he didn't seem to focus on her at all. He was busy. He was trying to rule a realm and he was also trying to find the portal to deliver Ceres letter. But she just... felt left out. |
The sounds of paper stopped and a moment later Loki stood at the end of the desk, looking around the corner at her. She actually wanted to spend time with him? Was that why she was going out of her way to restore the place without making a fuss? He had to spend time with Ceres to keep her motivated. He sparred with Juno because of their similar styles. He had to spend time with Vesta because... hawt. But Pallas? She already did everything he wanted and she was still training with Klyar with her powers.
She could feel her glaze beaming down on the back of her head and she found herself frozen by it once more. What was WRONG with her? Had he really gotten to her this much?
Sure Pallas has always been seen as one of the guy's so to finally have a guy treat her like this. She gripped her hands into fists, "I'm sorry that was selfish of me to say." |
This was an interesting concept though, perhaps he could use it. "Alright. As I'm sure you are aware, I have a lot going on right now." he came up to her and knelt down to where she was sitting, "If you can find a way to make the roof on Ceres' room let the light through without it melting, then I will have some free time. There is no natural sand or glass in this realm, hence the dilemma"
Pallas almost looked upset as he gave her another project to do but she nodded, "You're...you're not going to punish me for your papers and desk?" She asked looking up at him a little.
Loki looked at the desk and sighed, "You have been doing so well with everything else... I suppose I cannot fault you for one mistake. -_-; Just don't do it again." he stood and offered her his hand to get up, "You know" he added with a sly grin, "I almost wonder if you miss having a part of me inside you.... my magic that is."
She took his hand and stood up and her face flushed red. She turned away, "O-Of course not. Why would anyone miss the feeling of your magic wrapping around them in a cool embrace-" CRAP she was it again.
Loki could only chuckle at that, "You are adorable, aren't you?" he tilted her chin back to face his cool green eyes, his body was very close to hers again, "I am capable of so much more than that you know." he had her against the desk and still he moved closer. One leg slipping between hers as he pressed her against the table.
