"You mentioned seeds" he commented with a grin, "I would recommend something for these strawberries, they are quite good"

She blushed and looked away, "Strawberries need much warmer climate to grow. But yes... We will need to stop at a garden centre for seeds." She said softly, her heart was pounding... She missed Pietro cuddles.

"Very well then, we will have to finish up with that today. The portal will be back tonight and we do need to catch it then." Loki commented, his arms wrapped around her for the moment but then he gently moved her aside and stood. "We had better get to it then"

Ceres face turn bright red as he wrappef his arms around her. She stiffened but after a few seconds she lay her head down. It had been awhile since she'd been held... And Loki had a similar body structure to Pietro. She almost didn't move when he guided her off.

Ceres stared at the cushion before her, running her hand along it, "Could. ..could I take a shower before we leave?" She asked, shyly

"Hm?" he looked at her, then shrugged, "Of course. Try not to take too long though, I still want to have enough time to deliver your letter."

She nodded and headed into the rather fancy bathroom. She paused and looked at the small window in the bathroom. No she would not fit even with us small frame.
She poked uher head out the door, "No boys allowed." She declared quietly, her cheeks rosey.

Loki chuckled and settled back onto the couch, reaching for the grapes again as he prepared to wait.

Ceres pouted at his laughter but closed the bathroom door anyways.

The warm water beated down on her skin and steam filled the air. It felt so good to have a warm shower in a non chilly bathroom. And heated tiles. <3
Before she knew it she had the tub fipled with pink and blue bubbles, letting the water soal her troubles away.

This trip had greatly improved her health. Her black bags were almost gone and her skin and hair were much closer to their orginal shades.

Loki waited patiently for her to finish up, he didn't really want to rush her but they also didn't have a lot of time. In fact... why not use this time waiting a little more wisely?

He listened for a moment, she didn't sound like she was going to be done anytime soon. So he teleported away to the brotherhood house.

"Alright. Well have him call us when he gets back." She sighed and let herself out. Ciara walked down the front path of the brotherhood house, her arms wrapped around herself. The last three months had felt like an eternity.

The night Celeste, Victoria, Polly and June disappeared haunted all those who knew them. Scott rushing home asking if Victoria was there.... Celeste's balcony door wide open and Polly nowhere to be found... And Pietro busting down the door to the mansion demanding to know if Celeste was safe...

Everyone had feared for the day, the mad man, Savage would come for the girls but everyone thought they'd have a fighting chance. That he'd come at them full force... Not that he would spirit them away in the dark of the night. No clues, no hints... nothing. Just vanished as if they were never there to begin with.

And to top it all off Horatio had been away.

Ciara had become a sort of bridge between the Brotherhood and the X-men. Both parties wanted to find the girls.

Now she had to go back and tell Scott that another possible lead was a dead end.

She missed Celeste... She felt like a part of herself had been ripped from her. They did everything together. If you didn't know, you'd swear they were twins...

Loki had fallen under the guise of Luke as he hung around the street by the brotherhood house. He could just pop in but he didn't know the layout or if anyone was home.

Ciara turned a corner and stopped, seeing Luke wandering around. It was him! The boy from the dance! The one who had suddenly no longer went to their school after Celeste and the gang disappeared. He had to be involved.

She reached into her pocket and pushed the emergency beacon before popping the lid on her bottle of water and wrapping it around her arm.

'Good, he hasn't seen me...' She thought as she moved silently. When she was close enough, she swung her leg around, tripping him and pinned him to the cement, a blade of water against his throat.

"Where are they!" She demanded.

Luke was a bit startled to say the least. He let out a less than manly scream as she pinned him down with ease. If he was working for savage he clearly was not trained to be, "aahhh! What the hell do you want?! I don't have any money!" He shielded his face, he hadn't even really looked at her enough to recognize who she was.

"Luke, Where is Celeste and the others!" Ciara demanded, her voice booming and very threatening. The blade of water did not move from his neck, she wasn't going to buy this act.

"Who?" He peered through his arms at her, "w-wait... ciara!? What the hell is going on-how are you doing that?" His eyes widened at the blade of water.

"Ok, you can drop the act. I wasn't born yesterday... You haven't been seen since the prom, the same night the girls were taken and none of your infomation in the school files is true." She said rather annoyed, " I don't know who you really are but you were involved in someway. I will ask you one more time, Where is Victoria, Celeste, June and Polly?!" She boomed. Water wrapped around his wrists and pinned his arms down.

Luke stared at her, "my father's in the military. My mother's got... had, cancer. We just spent the last couple months trying to both move to another god forsaken city and spend her last few weeks together to. We move so much i don't think any of my past schools have the proper info. I know I was an ass to you and I'm sorry your friends are missing but I haven't got a freaking clue about it." He snapped, looking both terrified and angry.

Normally she'd apologize and ask for his forgiveness but her gut was saying otherwise. "...Uh huh. Funny how your story does not add up. Although the school records state your father is in the military, there is no record of that man serving in this country's army. Nor does the house address... It's a empty lot in the industrial section of town.... If your father was in the military, your house would be on the army base as per protocol" She said spitting his lies right back in his face. "Do you know how I can do this?" She motioned to the water blade.

"Because I'm a mutant and you helped kidnap my best friend and her sisters; my family. The others should be here shortly and Charles will be able to confirm that you are lying." She stated, her voice as cold as ice.

Apparently she had done her research. That was both admirable and annoying. "You're right." He sighed finally. "I am lying... but it isn't about what you think" he looked away from her.

The area around them was covered in floating drops of water. Any attack from behind and she'd know. Ciara tilted her head to the side, "And what would that be?"

"My father isn't in the military because I don't have one. My house wasn't there because I don't have a home." he replied, this time finding that his words rang disturbingly true. Loki's heart sank a little and Ciara could feel his muscles relaxing as he stopped looking for a way out of the situation. "... look... Celeste was your friend that hit me right? I thought I saw her in the park later that night, with a really big, scary dude. He had black hair and seemed a bit old for her-not that she really looked interested though..."

Ciara's blade wrapped around her wrist, forming a bangle but the cuffs on his arms did not waver. "...Go on.."

"Ciara! What's going on?" Scott demanded as he ran up to her, "Who's this guy?"

"Scott! This is the guy I've been telling you about. The one who disappeared after Victoria's vanished. "

Scott looked at Luke, then back at Ciara, "Drop him" he ordered, "We got a sighting in England, if we move now we might be able to get Celeste instead of just another dead-end lead."
