I clicked in the store today only to fine this item "no item - just anti-derp tool" Which though you can preview, does nothing. What is it? :O

Its nothing that you actually want. Synergy is sadly empty for the male side of things but empty shops create some bug issues, so Inso put that in there at a ridiculous price to counter balance this.
