It's a worldwide site so anyone in the world can use it and can paid in their preferred currency. If I remember right you can choose between a paper check or paypal. (( I went with paypal ))

And their fee is 10% of what you make that's taken out right away anytime you get a deposit. It's a really neat site. I highly recommend it to anyone.

It has a crap ton of stuff on there.
And tests you can take that will give you a score based on how well you did and how much you know on various subjects that you can add to your profile (( which is basically your resume )) , to help you find more specialized jobs.
