Oh man, not to dampen any spirits, but my hubby's grandmother just passed today. I don't know how to comfort him or what to say when he gets back... I was planning on making him homemade curry, at least, since he said he likes that best out of what I make (well, besides the concentrated spicy paste stuff, I didn't make that). Gunna be starting on that soon for it to be in time for dinner... I don't have relatives I'm close to, so I guess like Naruto and Sasuke, I won't know how he feels unless he or potential children dies before me. Poor guy already had his mother and uncle pass. Both suicides. So I feel like this'll be easier for him since this is a more natural death, even if it's also unexpected. But he's still not taking it well. Only person I've ever grieved for was my (ex) boyfriend, who drowned, but it's nothing like family.
