Batman followed a faint signal , trying to track down the Joker.

Vixen successfully broke into the bank and made off with a crap ton of money within minutes. The silent thief actually came across the Joker as she was fleeing the scene. He couldn't know it's me. I'm safe as long as I don't talk. He never has to know that he sent me back to a life of crime. She told herself.

Joker whistled softly as he walked pausing to wink at Vixen before he vanished around a corner cried for help came from the corner he went down followed by his laughter.

Vixen rolled her eyes, not that it could be seen, and was about to be on her way when she heard the cry for help. Curious, she followed where the Joker had disappeared, intending to just watch.

Batman had zeroed in on the location, and arrived at the same time as Vixen. He didn't notice her just yet, as he was focused on the Joker.

Joker stood over a woman who was laughing herself "Poor dear." he grinned at Batman. "hey there batty." he laughed a little. "found me already?"

Batman sighed. "I have my ways. Should I even bother asking why you're attacking random citizens?" He asked, deadpan as usual.

From her hiding spot, Vixen shook her head. Knowing the Joker, there was no reason except that the woman had been in the wrong place at the wrong time.

"Well I asked her very nicely for the paper but she gave me attitude." Joker shrugged a little. "Of course your going to get all annoyed and hurt me again." He grinned pulling out a smoke bomb. "Not this time." He slammed the bomb to the ground vanishing in the smoke with a laugh.

Vixen couldn't help coughing, giving away her position. She mentally swore as the smoke cleared and Batman noticed her.

Batman covered his face with his cape. Once the smoke cleared, he spotted Vixen with a huge bag seemingly filled with money. He went to chase her, but stopped to help the woman on the ground instead.

Vixen made a run for it, dropping her haul off at her apartment before heading over to Lori's. She just had to talk to her friend.

Gemini found the house empty save for Maleficent who watched her from under a counter. It wasn't unusual for it to be empty at this hour of the night but something felt off.

Looking around, Gemini got a strange feeling. "Maleficent...where is Lori?" She asked the cat, not really expecting an answer. She was worried, and decided to send a distress signal to Bruce.

Batman, who had just gotten the poor woman to the hospital, received the distress cal and headed straight to Lori's, not even bothering too change first. "Gemini, what's wrong?"

"I can't find Lori. She's usually gone around this time of night, but I've got this feeling that something's really wrong." Gemini said worriedly.

"I haven't heard anything about Catwoman tonight...we'll split up and look for her." Batman said.

Maleficent slipped out from under the counter and slid around there feet staying close to them letting out a mew. Meanwhile in the old run down amusement park Joker arrived home greeting his Hyena's who cackled at him. "How is our guest?" He turned to the tied up shape a grin on his face.

Batman set off to find Catwoman. He wasn't sure whether to be worried about her or not, and that only made him worry more. He started by checking the museum, knowing that it was Catwoman's favorite haunt.

Gemini set off towards the old amusement park, with Maleficent. She had decided that the cat would probably come in handy, and she felt bad just leaving her alone. She figured the amusement park was a good place to start, since villains seemed to like hanging out there.

Lori came to her head was splitting as she opened her eyes she realized she was tied to chair and gagged a pair of hyena's staring at her laughing when they saw her awake making her pale a little.

Joker grinned "awake already?" he wondered over to her chuckling at her glare "Know, know no reason for that I won't do anything permanent...not like I did to Jason." he laughed as Lori paled more.

((Oh...you came in swinging with that one!))

Gemini arrived at the amusement park, dressed as Vixen, just in case she had to fight. She didn't want people knowing that she, as Gemini, could fight.

After checking and failing to find Catwoman, Batman decided to check the old amusement part, for exactly the same reason Gemini had gone there. Villains seemed to like the place.

((Just waiting for your cue to come in and find her.))

Joker knew they had appeared and grinned. "Go welcome them." he ordered his hyena's who cackled and slipped into the shadows. They each found one guiding them with there laughter to the center of the amusement park where they circled just out of the shadows. "welcome to the fun.'' Jokers voice drifted from the shadows. "Please feel free to enjoy yourselves.''

Batman, naturally, was a bit leery being herded by unseen hyenas. But he was able to overcome that feeling by thinking that hyenas meant the Joker, which meant a beating was about to happen. He was rather surprised, however, when he spotted Vixen walking up to him. "The Vixen, huh? I don't suppose you're here to help Catwoman?"

Vixen growled, keeping Maleficent as far away from the hyenas as possible. If she was honest with herself, she was more scared of what the cat might do than anything else. Spotting Batman, she approached him, only just then realizing her mistake. Of course he would figure out who was under the mask, if she wasn't careful. She simply nodded at his question.

"Right, then. Let's go." Batman said, and, together with Vixen, ran into the shadows where the Joker's voice had come from.

The hyena's exploding from the shadows slamming into Batman able to take him down together the sunk there teeth into his arms and legs while his brother bite Batman the other turned to Vixen then blinked as Mal leapt at him digging her claws into his fur.

Batman, busy fighting off the hyena, called to Vixen. "Go and get her! Hurry!"

Vixen didn't spare a moment. Silently thanking Maleficent for being vicious, she ran forward again.

This time the Joker was waiting for her in front of the building that held the hall's of mirrors. "lets see if you can find her.'' he laughed as the hyena shook off Mal and turned to take his brothers place attacking Batman.

Batman had successfully incapacitated the first hyena, only to be assaulted by the second one. He cursed as he started fighting it off.

Vixen gave the Joker a rather crude hand gesture before running into the hall of mirrors. Luckily, she had gone to plenty of amusement parks in her day, and she had figured out how to navigate this particular attraction.

She found nothing in the hall of mirrors save for the Jokers laughing face. "A fox in a tunnel how cute.'' he chuckled.

Growling, she punched through a mirror and a wall, leading her outside. She wouldn't speak, but she looked around, trying to figure out where her friend was.

Batman had finally gotten the second hyena off of him, and was headed farther into the park, ready to break a clown's face.

Lori sat in the main office trying to free herself grumbling around the gag then froze as Joker reappeared. "looks like we'll have to move.'' as he went to grab her she lounged forward slamming the chair into him freeing herself the rest of the way she ran to the door she jiggled the knob growling when she found it locked. She rummaged threw her suit looking for her lock picking tools as Joker got to his feet growling. "HELP!'' she yelled slamming on the door.

Vixen heard the scream, and ran at full speed in that direction. She found the main office at the same time as Batman arrived.

Hearing the scream for help, Batman ran towards the main office. He got there just as Vixen was arriving. "Back away!!" Batman yelled. They looked at each other, nodded, and kicked the door down together.

Catwoman nearly fell backwards but managed to get out of the way. She rushed out and hide behind Batman gripping his cape tightly. "Oh poo they caught me." Joker laughed and glanced at his area of weapons on of them being a crowbar. "To bad you won't get to have more fun with me kitty."

While Joker was busy talking, Vixen ran at him and aimed a flying kick at his chest.

"Catwoman, are you okay?" Batman asked, deciding to leave the beating to Vixen for the moment.
