"One could only hope," Amy admitted before changing subjects, asking Raven and Amaya what they thought of all the new teams, besides CRNL that was. They all hated their guts equally.

"Besides those idiots, The new teams have been interesting so far. I'm curious to see how they'll preform when they get their first missions."

"I concur. Though Jaune could use some work. Other than that, the teams look and feel balanced." Amaya responded to the question.

"It was a surprise to see him get team lead. But I think he can do it."

"Maybe. He definitely has potential though."

"Got a thing for him?" Raven smirked, causing a snicker from June and Amy. "Oh, I'm sure everyone would be glad to stop hearing about 'Snow Angel' every time he's talking in the cafeteria." She continued to roll with it, the two laughing getting worse.

"For that slacker? No way in hell. I'd rather date Nora before even thinking of dating him," Amaya said with a scowl. "And you two should stop laughing. I've heard the rumors about the two of you..." she added.

"So have we. But it doesn't help that he's my step-brother. I couldn't love him like those rumors and stories say.'
"Right, and You were the one to say one story sounded hot." June shook his head. "But I didn't know you swung that way Maya. That's news to me." Raven smirked evilly |
"Don't start you mutt," Amaya muttered. "And I don't swing that way. I was just saying it" she added.

"Aw, Such a shame." Raven threw one more tease out there.
"Hey now, Stop it you two." Amethyst said, looking between the two. |
Amaya didn't respond at the barb that her partner threw out, she just vanished.

Raven sighed, "I guess we won't be seeing her for a half hour."

"Do you blame her? You were teasing her about her sexuality" Amethyst said.

"With my teasing, I'm surprised none of you have ever said anything about mine." Raven commented simply.

"You never got out of control before," Amethyst commented nonchalantly.

Raven looked confused. "What? Like this? Yes I have... Numerous times over the last year."

"Maybe she was thinking of you in that way Raven?" June asked. "Unlike the other times in the past. Plus...you really didn't help matters before she vanished on us."

"We are all friends here, Yes we can take things to far, but she could of said something. It's as easy as that. She's done it before."

"It could be that she's confused. You are a faunus Rae and Maya is only just starting to see that not all fauni are bad," Amethyst added.

"Yeah, True." She sighed, putting her hands behind her head as she walked.

"We'll have to ask her when she comes back" Amy said as they continued the walk back towards the Academy.

"I'll make sure to grab her something, So she can eat if she comes back to us."

"Good idea," June said before seeing the building in the distance. Looking at the two females with him, he smirked. "Race?" he asked.

"Go ahead if you two want, I think I'll walk."

"Alright" Amy said as she saw that Raven wanted some time to herself so as to think. After that, she turned towards her brother and waited for the signal. After he shouted go, Amethyst sped towards the entrance.
