uhh this is a hard one. I can't type or pick things up with my toes but I can't exactly walk on my fingers...well, assuming that I still have fingers on my hands and that my foot is still there, and my toes and just replaced by fingers or something, I guess I would go with using my fingers instead of toes? since I can be careful not to stub my poor fingers but I can't really do much with ten toes on my hands

I would rather constantly forget other people's names rather than other people constantly forgetting my name. I would love to be memorable enough for people to remember. And from your wording, I assume I will still remember everything about other people, just forget their names a lot. In that case, I would devise some way to remember, for example saving their photo with their name on a device or something. And if I just met someone, I would jot down their name somewhere so I can peek at it to remember their name.
