I'll probably just go for something simple like a few grilled/roasted veggies and some pasta. Or possibly a salad, with yummy thing added. Doesn't help I'm not really hungry right now, but I know I have a few options that aren't too hard to make. :)

Funny thing - me going veggie was more a few month thing with my brother started years ago - and I fell in love with it. The only time I seem to want meat is when I'm pregnant. I should have taken a picture of my hubs face the first time I told him to make sure he picked up enough steak for me as well... [lol] XD

It was more because Carlie wanted to see if it'd work for him, and basically it was more of a "Hey, why don't we try this out! We'll do it together." And that was 10 years ago.

When Carlie was still around, whenever he'd bring his boyfriend around for dinner - Jon would moan and complain that we never had any meat. And Carlie, would give him this look that made me want to bang my head into the table... my brother wasn't the most subtle of people. xDD xD I'd usually just resort to head smacking him instead. xD |
