CI's usually come out on the 1st and 15th of a month if not delayed by anything and when they do, its double gold day...
i don't think a CI came out today though... we still have a couple more days...
i so hope the event starts by then...

Gah I'm so sorry I'm so MIA lately guys! I don't know if you guys know this about me but I have a small child, she's 4! We're trying to get her into one of the most expensive private schools in our entire state, and so I'm working really hard with her for the next year on reading and writing and just everything in general. I also started up my mom blog with recipes and crafts and learning activities and even though I was already doing those things and taking pictures, it takes a lot more time actually uploading, editing and writing up tutorials and such. I hadn't updated it in a year, so I'm not only trying to make posts now, I'm trying to update the entire thing since the site updated while I was gone and it's just a big mess. On top of that, the tot has dance and karate four days out of the week and I'm just entirely overloaded with house work and getting shopping and bills taken care of.

Once my blog is fixed and updated, I'll have LOADS more free time again. It's just taking hours upon hours upon hours to find old photos, edit them again, fix old posts and try and get it done ASAP since I'm already getting about 100 hits a day again and the mess isn't going to get people coming back. *is so overworked, underpaid, and STRESSED*

Just giving you guys an update! Don't give up on me! After Halloween things will be easier. I'll get this place updated tonight or tomorrow and list your votes as well. The contests will be coming to an end soon!

It's fine Poppet, take your time. And yes, mene does look different, but I really hate all the large, tacky font at the top of mene where it shows the gold and mennies counter. It looks too bulky. The smaller fonts up top were definitely better.

Uhg it's here!? Another event with bad timing that I'm going to fall behind on and miss out on the EI's and commons. Lol I don't know how this happens to me EVERY event.

I could try and get some of the items for you, Poppet.

[cry] It kills me that anyone would do that for me. You're so nice Papillon! [hug] I'm going to try really hard to do as much as I can. Luckily I'm not too big a fan of all the commons this go 'round. That's a plus. The last few events I loved everything, so I was doomed from the start, lol.

Lol I have four taters. [lol] I love that they're calling them that. I haven't even had a chance to look at the event. But yes, definitely the Ei's. In fact, I'll probably skip commons all together so I can try and get some extra Ei's for future contests, or even this contest if there are folks who didn't get them. I hhaaattte that the events are always during the Holidays when I'm the busiest. I have a family, I can't be here during the Holidays enough to get event items. [cry] But it is what it is. It's not like they can have the events at random times, lol. Maybe that's what I should do with my events. XD Halloween in January, Christmas in August. XD
