I am thankful for...

That this world can still surprise me in good ways. Today, I met someone who is wildlife artist and it's something I've always admired and loved. I always wished I could get to know a person who does that and now I accidentally met him and it's such a great, wonderful surprise that made my whole day, if not the week. These surprises bring me joy and balance all the bad I have to endure, so I am deeply thankful.

I'm thankful for my health insurance. That might seem like a weird thing to say, but my health insurance has no doubtingly helped me with a whole lot. It's fully paid all my doctor bills, it's paid for my health department trips, any prescriptions I've had to have since having the insurance and it makes me feel better about hospital visits. Without this excellence insurance, I would have already owed the hospital ad doctor's office no telling how much money. It really is a stress reliever and I am very thankful about that!

11:50pm - 11/20/14 - Cutting it close, but internet has been wonky all day. Which is why my avatar is only half completed.. >_<

I am so thankful for the train conductor today. I overslept and was horrified to wake up 30 minutes later than usual because I had an exam first thing this morning! I was very afraid that I would arrive at the exam room very late and thus have less time to complete it, or even miss it completely. Fortunately, today's train ride was very smooth and without delay (and it does often experience delays). I only arrived at the exam room 5 minutes in and was able to complete the test with minimal adverse effects on my performance. Thank you so much to the train conductor who enabled me to reach my exam room in record time and complete such an important examination.

I'm doing alright - I have some online time today too! Mum wanted to take the girls for the morning, which may turn into an all day thing - we'll see. She just came to get them, so their both off on their grandma adventure, and I've got the house to myself. [boogie] How're you?

I'm good guys! Thanks for asking. My heart's in a good place. But my teeth hurt. [:B] So it's like a constant bring down, lol. I'm trying not to let it though! I wish I knew if I could take an ibuprofen and if that would work.

I've never had the house to myself, not once, in my daughter's four years. [sweat] I don't even know what I'd do with myself! Lol

Why do your teeth hurt?

I know that if we lived farther from my parents that I'd never get the house to myself - but mum needs her grandma time with the girls. Both of my parents, and my husband seem to work together during this time to try to make life as easy as possible for me it seems. I'm never in on their plans yet they always work out almost perfectly. This is how they are for most of November, and then March as well. [yes] For me, during the rest of the year, if I need time to myself - my parents (mum especially) are willing to come and help out. Sometimes I just need a 'me day' as we've taken to calling them. they don't happen often, but I need a break every so often. I love my girls, but they're exhausting! [sweat]

I should be doing house work that's impossible with both girls here, but I'm instead online just enjoying not have to run around and relax for a bit before getting some work done.

I wear invisaline to keep my teeth straight, but I didn't wear it for a few months, so I had to go back some trays. It hurts a lot when your teeth shift through bone, lol. I also use teeth whiteners, maybe twice a year, just to upkeep a nice white smile before my birthday and before the Holidays. My teeth are really sensitive as it is, and I've just really done a lot to them all at once. [sweat] It's my own fault.

I live less than five minutes from my mom, and less than five minutes from my husband's mom. Only my mom is really capable of looking after my daughter, but she didn't raise me, her only child, and is actually horrible with children, lol. Her house is also very dangerous with their constant remodels, popcorn ceilings, etc. and two 200 pound dogs and cockatoo that could snap a broom in half and doesn't like anyone. It's more of a stress on me when she's there.

Chan, that could actually be part of it, too! D: The weather here has taken a turn for the worst. I mean, it's not that bad. But it's definitely changed a lot.
