Please tell us what the rolls mean.

I mean it!

The 6 sided dice is the one that is immediately calculated with the multipliers determined by your roles
So if you roll a 2 then:
Vampirodonkeys get 6 fear, 2 courage
Peeblosts get 4 fear, 4 courage
Yumummehs get 2 fear, 6 courage

The 20 sided dice (this round) is to determine if your rolls are sound, fails or crits.
Crits will make those scores into:
Vampirodonkeys get 12 fear, 4 courage
Peeblosts get 8 fear, 8 courage
Yumummehs get 4 fear, 12 courage
