Yeaaaahhh... The other night, one of my characters kept failing his rolls. (One of them was even a critfail. But as we don't play for keeps in this game, it just meant he got VERY hurt.) But the real crit-fail happened from someone trying to use their mutant healing power on him and ended up cracking one of his ribs instead. >_> Poor Addy.

I only ever seem to crit-win on things that don't matter. Waking up from an unconscious state while perfectly safe? Perfect roll. Seeing if I can insult someone well? Perfect roll. Need to avert catastrophe? Well, you'd better believe that's not a crit, unless it's a 1.

Actually, I don't know that I'm suffering from allergies (but mold is the thing I know I am. I'm also allergic to rural Australia in the summer, though I don't know specifically what pollens).

I'm not sure I'll be able to hand out candy on Halloween because I have a nasty cough right now. :'c It's getting better, but I don't know if I'll be well enough by then. ;~; So disappoint.

Most kids don't go trick-or-treating on my block, so we don't really buy candy. They all trick-or-treat on the other side of town. :)

I can literally see a high school if I step out into the street in front of my house (okay, I can see the football field fence, but same difference). We're kind of in one of the "nicer" neighborhoods (it's newer), so we are pretty much "THE" neighborhood in the city to go to. We have zombie hordes of children each year. Dressing up is my favorite thing. xD

Yeah, that's what the other side of town is like; the elementary school is right there, so kids like to go trick or treating right when school got out. I know I did. [yes]

@CK I just wish they were still around, I haven't spoken to any of them in almost a year. I got a life for a bit. xD Our DM is currently too busy playing World of Warcraft, and he was what really held us together. :(

I'm deathly (not literally but... close enough Dx) allergic to mold, I've been stuck in bed for a week straight because of it; couldn't even get up for food/water. >> I'm allergic to something outside, usually hits in spring/fall, but not entirely sure what it is yet.

It could be pollen, Liquid. [yes] I have a pollen allergy, also.

@Elirona - Yeah. xD I think people see "Newer neighborhood - right by the school - wide streets - not many trees or bushes" and think "safe".

The way I found out I was allergic to mold was I was bed-ridden for weeks and we didn't figure out what it was for awhile... I had a waterbed at the time and apparently the treatment didn't work or something and the mattress padding got moldy. So bedrest just made me sicker. u___u;

I hope it's not, I'm around plants/flowers all the time. Dx

@CK well it's listed as open now, though I don't know what's operational aside from the shop itself. I'm waiting for her to open custom slots before I buy mine, and saving up gold until she does so I can afford a massive customization. She's working on the Halloween pets currently, I'm excited to see how they turn out!

I realized it only after I came across a half full tub of ice cream downstairs that was left out (right next to the washer too >>) and I was in bed 8 days because of it. Even lost my job because of the sick days. Dx

@Elirona I would agree but, my girlfriend works with them so, I have to deal with them a lot. xD She's a little too fond of plants if you ask me.

xD worst part is it's hydroponics, so it's all indoors. Although the vine in their front room is awesome! It's grown almost all the way around the room, and the roots are HUGE.

It's lost some of it's leaves where it doesn't get a lot of light, and it wont grow more there so, she's trying to get it to grow back around now too. Even as a guy, I can admit that the front room is quite beautiful. xD

You should get her to make a thread in this forum! More people around during events and it's a great way to advertise the shop. The art forums in general don't get a ton of traffic. (I'm trying to change that, but it's a slow process.)
