I gain weight easily too - and then I have a friend who basically always talks about how I need to lose weight, how much weight she's lost and she basically forces clothes on me even though she's admitted that we have TWO totally different styles. At least she's stopped doing it for now. If she brings it up again... I am going to get pissed. She knows how it makes me feel.

I kinda had a friend similar Cloud, she would always dress in...lets say revealing outfits when we went out, and she'd constantly try to make me wear some of her clothes instead of sticking to my casual jeans and shirt look, i did it a few times and never felt comfortable, even if i got compliments from others.

Some people just think they're in charge, its annoying.

Anyway i dont hang about with her anymore xD

@Lavinia Hello :) fairly new to the site entirely, really xD first event so I'm trying to branch out as much as possible as I reap the rewards :p

I went through a phase this year of compulsively buying romances at the thrift store. I still haven't read most of them yet.

I want to get into writing romances. :3

I've never done a romance RP, but I probably should. Now that I think about it, why have I not been doing that?

All of my rps are romantic based even the ones that are fairly ploty. I don't know how to rp without romance anymore. XD

Good plan though! I think i joined mene just before an event too, it tends to be busier and more active so you make lotsa friends while its on ^_^

And of course get some commons from the event shop that don't steal all your gold :P

@Lavinia Yeah, I noticed. xD More activity tonight than the last week. I've already got 70 taters, but I'm waiting until the last EI comes out to buy anything (other than the trench I'm wearing, couldn't help but buy this one!).

Some romance rp need some action in them. besides drama they both work out quit well.

Sailor, get a stalker in there, or a criminal ex bf, theres your drama! Tension is always good in romance, i read a good one by Nicholas Sparks called the Guardian. Her hubby died and she went on a few dates a year or two later...but he didn't end up being quite as nice as he first made out, was pretty good!

Ahh, sorry I went and did some things in town and totally missed this. I'm doing a YA superhero story. I'm a total superhero nerd, and I love all the possibilities they present.

But no romance for me in this novel! Not unless it sneaks up on me like it sometimes does.

Ei's usually come out on the second night of the event.

pffft stalker. I like plots like that. Some of my romance is pretty dark. Oh those poor rps with Tachi I miss so much...

I've never done a succeful romance rp or piece of writing, i like constant action and fantasy seems to give me that, even if its just a spar with a friend or practicing a magic spell there's usually some fun involved when writing it :D

I can hardly even read a book if there isnt a battle every 50 pages these days haha

And I still totally fail at writing a loan shark! D: We'll just pretend it's accurate to some degree.

I have one rp that's mostly action and fighting and it's driving me crazing. It sorta bores me, but mostly just frustrates me because I haven't written like that in year. All that magic and our characters trading swords almost every post. I'd prefer dialogue and developing relationships.

Each to their own! I do enjoy the dialogue too, at least there's a mix of both in this RP, and it gives me plenty of practice with all styles as each of my characters are different, some prefering to flirt, some prefering to threaten, and some prefering to just be evil xD
