Crackers work. Bleu cheese is really tangy/ bitter at the same ti me. I like it best with burgers and salads. It's very robust. So good though.

Sometimes it's blue depends where you buy it from and howner long it took to make. Usually it's white with blu specs and such.

I don't know many cheese names. Though I know I like the white kind you sprinkle on pizzas. That's the kind I'm going to nom on soon as soon as it's warm and softened a little. *has it on the laptop to warm it up quicker XD* |
